I brought my toy hauler In on 6/26/23 for a quote to get my rear ramp door repaired from water damage around the hinges.. I spoke with Bobby, who seemed knowledgeable and confident about the job I was inquiring about.. Bobby told me his plans for the repair stating there would be "RUBBER dyno mat on the ramp floor, which would match the garage floor", "with 8 inch Dino plate across the hinge area on the OUTSIDE of the door"..... He told me there would be a weight difference but "not to worry because he would take care of it"...MY QUOTE WAS $2003.50 AND WAS TO BE FINISHED BY FRIDAY....Friday comes, I call, they still haven't got to my R.v...i called Thursday the next week he said that they were just getting to it...finally the next week I get a call on Wednesday to come pick it up.. I get there and see a 1/2 inch gap literally around the entire frame exposing wood... They used 4 squares of scrap dyno Chrome plate where he told me there would be rubber matching the floor.. none of the plate touched, leaving a clearly visible gap exposing wood.. (pictures posted) the Dyno plate is absolutely 100% scrap, (dents, bends, overspray from other jobs) but Bobby swears all materials used are new lol...THE DOOR ITSELF IS SO HEAVY, IT WOULD TAKE 2 GROWN MEN TO OPEN AND CLOSE, AND IT WOULD STILL BE DIFICULT. There is also NEW damage to the outside of the door, on and around the decal...I told Bobby that I am not satisfied with the quality of the work and Bobby told me he would take 100$ off the bill that is now $2350 instead of the original quote of $2003.50... on top of all this, I am missing a trickle charger that I had stored in my battery bay.(no lock on bay) I asked Bobby if he would take pictures of this work and use it as advertisement on his social media, he said yes lol... these are the pictures

Put a 1/4 “ screw , 1 1/2” long up thru the bottom of the bed of my new GMC pickup.
They Offered to drill more holes and leave the hole in the bed for dirt to come thru . I would like the refund of $169 charge for ruining the bed .
      Thank You
