    We really needed a car so we could do errands but every other place we tried to rent from needed two forms of id etc..it would of been a humbug..we heard about this place thru a friend..so we called to find out more info..after gathering our info..we headed down to the address on *******..the lady working that day on a Friday was very rude .. unprofessional..and had such a bad attitude along with her bad hair due..she talked to my husband saying that she can be the only one asking the questions and all we gotta do is answer it..and after all calculation we end up paying 500 for two days..and that includes a deposit..she said that was giving us a deal and working with us ..but it was more like she was working us out of what little money we had left..she used the asterisk as an excuse to say she was giving us the price of the car compared to the full size *** we have rented which is triple them on the price when we went back our car was due on a Sunday on the machine it says open Monday to Friday close on Sundays what about Saturdays..so we had to return the car on a Sunday and wait for our deposit..so we kept it to Monday..the manager/owner doesn't care if she lose her business or how her workers make her look ..she is just as greedy and unprofessional as her workers..when we returned the car the lady copped an attitude with me..cause we were left in the dark..**** told her that she should be more professional and let her customer knows what is taking so long ..and she said that she doesn't have to tell me s*** cause I'm not the renter of the car..and to get out of her office..boy was I mad.. something needs to be done cause they **** big time..

    **************** was horrible!! I would give zero stars if I could!!! When I called the rep had an attitudes for no reason, you could tell in her tone was she was aggravated upon answering, she spoke ****** aggressive and literally hang up on me after checking the system and accusing me of hanging up on her! Which I didnt (I was told to come into the office for pricing) what kind of rude, unprofessional behavior is that? I literally only called for a quote which I never got. On top of the rude unprofessional service they are lairs someone replied to my review making false accusations that I owe a balance and damage the car. which is untrue, Ive only rented from the company once and my deposit was sent back and everything was fine.. now that Ive complained about the service I owe them. *** never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life Im highly upset and disappointed.
