      I went into Desert Tint to get my old tint removed and replaced with new tint. Four days prior I was quotes $555 total for evolve tint and removal. ***** is who I talked to both times and told me the cost would be $800 total an not $555. We agreed on a total of $700 for everything on 4 May. The 11th of May I went back in because of bubbling tint on all of my windows. The girl said she only saw issues with the front passenger windows so they replaced the tint. I reluctently left with just those two done. On the 24th I went to Desert Tint on **************** and ***** both said I had to go to the original location despite the warrenty saying I had to. Once I arrived the same girl from the second time helped me out again. She took notice of the bubbles that I tried showing her the second time. While I was waiting for them to fix the issues I noticed the boxes of tint they had on there shelves and none of them were Evolve that I paid for. While I waited several other customers were told they would get Evolve tint. They only have CIR, CXP and HP on there shelves. They are selling one product which is more expensive and giving customers another product which is significantly cheaper. Each Desert Tint quoted me different charges none of them have there prices listed on there walls. Interested to figure out why both other locations told me I had to come here even though they're the same business and used the same tint film

      On 05/19/2024.I put my trust in the shop to do a chrome delete on my Brand New Traverse with less than 200 miles in it.Before I did the service I wanted to verify they remove the grill to do a proper wrap they said YES, which they didnt and the guy lied directly to my face when I asked him upon pick up, the job was never finished due to running out of material and after inspecting they wrap is over lapped, cuts are not straight so you can see the chrome everywhere on the grill, some trim pieces are pealing on the edge. I now have to spend additional money to have it removed and redone, the shop Advertises certified wraps I would like to see the certification's unless its false advertising.

      My leather dashboard was destroyed after Desert Tint neglected to protect my dashboard while installing window tint. The manager agreed to handle damages and arranged for repairs with a local *** dealership. After repairs were completed, Desert Tint only paid part of the agreed upon repair cost leaving me to pay the balance in order to recover my property. *****, who is the manager at the Desert Tint location, became combative with the service manager at *** when pressed for the remainder of payment. Over a three week dispute, *** refused to release my property until the total balance was paid. I also sent certified mail to the business which was not accepted and returned. Desert Tint is avoiding all measures to prevent paying for damage to my vehicle totaling over $7k. ***** has not provided any owner information which leaves the question if the owner actually knows what has occurred.
