      I first moved to Las Vegas in Apr of 2021, in May of 2021 I decided to get all the windows on my vehicle tinted after experiencing the heat first hand. I searched the nearest tinting place and decided on Desert Tint. They did an awful job, to the point of having to bring my car back in to get the tint they placed removed and re-done after the first 2 weeks because it was peeling to the point of getting stuck in the door panel every time I rolled my window down. They re-did the tint and about a month later I noticed an extreme amount of debris and bubbling on multiple windows. Once again I brought the car in to get looked at, they decided to remove the tint and replace it. Keeping in mind this was the 3rd attempt at placing tint on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the third time was not a charm, the cut out was jagged and the edges were not flat to the glass and this was the case all around the vehicle. When I went back I told them I no longer wanted to re-do the tint I just would like a refund and to have the tint removed, the employee stated he'd talk to the owner and get back to me. A month went by and they never got back to me, I reached out again and the same employee stated that the boss would mail me a paper check and asked for my address, a month passed * never received the check. I called, texted, and even showed up in person and I received the same response that the check was on it's way and the owner wasn't available for conversation. Needless to say, I never received my refund of $500 and they never were able to schedule me for the removal. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!
