** THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS OR THE MONEY THEY PUT IN! THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON THERE CAR TINTING SERVICES*
I am a new driver with my first car, and I bought a ceramic tints as a gift to myself. The total for the front and back windshields + all door windows came out to $888. I left so excited on my investment. I stated when I first walked into the door that I would need help deciding because this is my first car and first time doing this. It has now been 10 days approximately since I have left and I noticed the 5% tints on my front two doors were too dark compared to what they described to me. I was told "it is difficult to see at night", so I assumed that I would probably struggle a little but still be okay with closed windows.
I realized that I simply couldn't see anything at night unless I opened the windows. Which for me defeated the purpose of the window tints. I was told "to pay another $199 for the fix because there is no warranty on that and it says that in the disclaimer." I read the disclaimer and it says nothing about them not be liable if the customer is not satisfied. They kept changing it to talking about the legalities of it being illegal to have them at 5% but not illegal to put them on. Again I'm a new driver so I figured it would have been disclosed if it wasn't an optimal idea. I was displeased how they would pivot the conversation and just down right ignored me in the end to book an appointment and gave **** customer service. I honestly felt played because I would've paid if the customer service was better. I felt as thought I didn't even have them for 2 weeks before reaching out. It's not about the money it was the principal and the moral problem. I have attached my car photos, the texts, & point 4 in the disclaimer. Writing the review to help any new drivers that may end up in my position. I wouldn't recommend solely based on their ****** customer service. Even the response to my review on yelp was ****.

Nicole, you sound like a lovely-ish person. I wish there was something that I could do for you but ultimately it comes down to this:
      1) You were not played. You were shown 17 different options in shades and were advised that 5% would get difficult at night. Especially for a new driver. You still chose limo tint on your front doors. If we would have pushed for a lighter film based off of our recommendation, we would be here responding to a 1 Star Review for not letting you choose the shade you wanted.
      2) I can only empathize with you so much. At the end of the day, the warranty is clear on what it covers and buyer’s remorse is not covered under warranty. Someone has to be paid to tint your windows and materials have to be used. I cannot ignore these costs because you changed your mind 2 weeks later. If this is how you think the world works, I wouldn’t be surprised if your Yelp account is filled with 1 Star Reviews.
      3) Our disclaimer clearly states what the legal limits for tint in Nevada are. You read this disclaimer and signed it prior to allowing us to work on your vehicle. It also states that you agree to assume all risks associated with tinting your car. Choosing 5% tint as a new driver when this was advised against is a risk you chose to take. I cannot pay for your inability to accept advice.
      I have reviewed your calls and messages and found the following statements made by you;
#1, YOU: “I wish I would have gotten a better perspective than ‘it’s difficult to see at night’ “.
Literally, what else can you ask for in a sales person than that example of blatant honesty???
#2, YOU: I’m a first time car owner and driver why would they let me sign off on 5%? (Excuse the lack of proper punctuation. This is extracted directly from your messages to the company).
Why would we “let” you do what you want? See extract #1. You were advised. You ignored this advice and chose what you wanted. We didn’t twist your arm to do anything after that because this is not a dictatorship. We don't force anyone to make any decisions off of our opinions (election season type humor). I’m sorry that you got to exercise what appears to be your first grown up decision and learned a lesson that was difficult from it, but it sounds like this was necessary to your development as a productive adult member of our society.
#3, YOU: “I get that you’re trying to be professional…”
This means that you had professional customer service. You just didn’t like the facts that were given to you. This far from deserves a 1 Star Review.
What I find most disturbing is having your mom leave us a 1 Star Review for this situation as well.
      Who does that?
You are a new driver, young adult, and probably hitting the workforce and real life for the first time. I’d hate for you to go through life much longer without someone telling you that it’s poor form to bring your mom into something that she probably doesn’t have the full story on.
      Your mom doesn’t deserve that.
Make her proud. Come clean to her so she can take down her review and let you be an adult all on your own. Nothing would make a parent more proud.
I hope all of this helps you develop into a magnificent citizen someday.

I don’t recommend this place to any one!!!
I walked into this shop based on a recommendation from a family member for window ceramic tint. I received a quote, didn't hesitate to approve it, and scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. However, a week later after the tint was applied, I noticed small bubbles on my front windshield, driver side, passenger side, and rear windows. I brought this to the attention of a staff member on 8/5/24 and was told to come back for a warranty appointment the next day. The next day 8/6/24, I arrived for my 9 am appointment, only to have a staff member come out for a second assessment, despite the appointment already being scheduled for the removal and redoing of the tint. The staff member concluded that the bubbles were normal and should go away in 30-40 days, which I found unacceptable given the amount I had paid for the service. I questioned why I was asked to bring in my truck for a redo if the decision was ultimately not to redo the windows. The staff member seemed to have made up their mind before even looking at the whole vehicle, focusing solely on the front windshield. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, pointing out that the bubbles were not water as claimed but air bubbles that should not be present in properly applied tint. Despite my concerns, the staff member insisted that I should accept the bubbles or wait for them to go away. The staff member refused to honor the warranty or provide a refund, and even went as far as to tell me that the customer is not always right he then proceeded to close the door on me. The staff member dismissive attitude and refusal to address my concerns left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to expect the service I paid for to be done correctly and to a satisfactory standard. In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not recommend this shop to others based on my negative experience.

Don’t bring your car here or they’re gonna DUCK it up ??You’ve been warned??
If I could do negative stars to this place - I would.
I bought my brand new 2024 BMW X5 and the same day within a couple hours I brought it to LV PRO TINT to do the window tint all around.
Nice lady did all-around video of the car, we agreed on price and time to pick it up.
I ****** said TWICE this is a brand new car from a dealer PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH IT. She said “don’t worry we’ll baby your car”….
Don’t me worry, yes……..the moment I was walking around my car after the job was done I’ve noticed a scratch on my rear window IN FRONT OF SANTANA, the guy who works there. He was nice and said I’ll tell the owner about it and he will call you, he’s very honest.
Well, I’ve paid everything. Was ****** SAD what happened, I left my phone number…and nobody called next day and the next almost 2 weeks. And today looks like THE OWNER answered the phone call.
Well, the conversation was very unpleasant. Why?
Because Edward THE OWNER ( as he said I AM THE OWNER ) said WE DIDN’T DO IT !!!! I can’t do anything about it.
Well, I was trying to tell him that “HOW THE * THE SCRATCH appeared the magical way on my window AFTER the window tint. Check the iPad video lady did BEFORE I handed you my keys”
Well, EDWARD THE OWNER said I’ve checked the cameras we use plastic tools bla bla bla”….I DONT CARE PLASTIC OR NOT. There was no scratch, now it’s there!”
He asked me what do I want? If I want I can make an appointment to redo the tint? ITS NOT ABOUT THE TINT NOW ( by the way, the job was done awfully. My dead grandpa could do it better ). What? You’re gonna tell me I did that too??? Not you???
But after a long conversation we couldn’t agree on ANYTHING.
What do I want? I said “OK, tint my another car for free, I’ll accept that” DO * SOMETHING AT LEAST!!!!
Well, now I’m the “one who wants everything for free” ??????
FREE? This is my 3rd car I brought to you!!!!! 3rd!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Summerlin location and got my brand new Tesla Model 3 windows tinted. Sadly, my window tint tore just 8 days after installation, and LV Pro Tint wouldn't do anything to help the situation and claimed it was caused by excessive force. I then asked simple questions about the warranty and they decided to refuse service on my account for the rest of my windows. I definitely felt robbed as their "lifetime warranty" was pulled away from me after asking a few simple questions. To top it off, the COO was incredibly rude to me. Saying that "Since it does not appear that you understand how a warranty works, we will not be allowing you to return to our location for any additional service".

I have several pages of documentation between this customer and myself, including the portion where he tells us that the tint did not tear by itself, his girlfriend tore it with an object while trying to get out of the vehicle.

It was expressly communicated to this customer that the warranty covers product and installation defects/failures, not damage caused by the customer.

My hands are tied with this situation as I cannot provide free work for this customer for an issue caused by the customer.

Per the manufacturer's warranty policy, if there is in fact an issue that falls under the warranty, the customer is free to go to any authorized dealer in the United States (there are several in the Las Vegas area) to have his warranty issues addressed.  This customer was told that since he is not understanding that this damage that he caused DOES NOT fall under the warranty and in addition to this that he is excessively difficult, that he would need to go to another authorized dealer for any potential warranty work in the future.

We have a magnificent rating from the manufacturer of the film that we carry in our response and willingness to provide warranty work for vehicles that we did not tint ourselves so what this customer is claiming is out of what is normal for our company.  He is simply looking for us to do free work for a problem that his girlfriend created which I told him that I cannot do. I cannot do free work in which the manufacturer does not compensate us for the warranty work as I have employees that I have to pay as well.

The tear isn't what I am escalating here: I am escalating your business deciding to "not service my account further" after advertising a lifetime warranty. As far as me being a difficult customer, I would like to see what documentation you have for that. I came to the store and was not satisfied with an additional $180 charge to fix the window that was just done eight days prior. I was never rude, never rose my voice, just asked for your business to work with me so we could come to a compromise. You have cameras in your shop, please share the footage with the BBB if you disagree. After no consensus, asked for an email I could escalate it to. After sending very basic emails, the COO said "Since it does not appear that you understand how a warranty works, we will not be allowing you to return to our location" and immediately dropped my account. They then continued to belittle me throughout the email exchange, including a petty remark about my handwriting that had nothing to do with the issue. I have all of this exchange documented via email and want the BBB to be aware because this is not how you treat a customer, especially with a BBB account.
