    Hello Sherry here just wanted to let people be very careful about this company when you order for just one bottle for $39.98 free shipping it fake promo you will be charged for five bottles for $198.98 when you thought you paid for one bottle.

    I had a similar experience. Was way overcharged and when I called the Las Vegas customer service number, I argued with the representative until I finally was given an address to return the product to. However, I NEVER RECEIVED the refund. I will never order products via advertising on ********. I learned my lesson.

    I chose the promo "buy 3 bottles + 2 free, and free shipping." Only because of this promo that I decided to make my purchase. But, I was surprised to find out that I was charged $238.54. When I called the customer service, the rep told me I simply bought 5 bottles. The amount does not sum up to 5 bottles! So, I said no. He then talked me into giving me freebies and account credit. However, when I insisted that I wanted them to cancel my order, I was told that it cannot be canceled anymore since the product has been already shipped, which is unlikely because I just placed the order 1 day ago.
    By the way, their customer service is based oversees. When I called their hotline number, the line was not clear, there were some noises at the background and I can hardly understand the guy. I want my refund!
    To those who are contemplating to buy from BioHeal, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR FAKE PROMO!
