I recently purchased this product (CBD Gummies) which is supposed to promote healthy sleep, reduces aches and pains, and enhances focus.
I did take them for about three weeks, I did not feel any change whatsoever. I was charged $200 USD for the product, at the fourth week I received another shipment of 5 containers and I was charged another $200 USD. I called the company and they told that I had purchased a subscription for a shipment once a month. I tried to get a refund several times and the lady stated she could only refund 50% .
This company is a SCAM, DO NOT buy from this company, it is deceiving and a complete fraud.BioHeal CBD

Our apologies that you misunderstood the offer. The deal is $238.54 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $79.51 for the BioHeal CBD Gummies. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $238.54 by 5) to $47.70 for each bottle.
We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.
Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

When I purchased the BioHeal CBD Gummies for diabetes, what I had received was in a significantly smaller bottle than what was shown on their advertisement. I was charged $119.49 and was bought as a one time purchase back in January 2024. I checked my bank account today and notice another charge in the amount of $119.49. I was not under the impression that I had signed up for a subscription for this product, nor do I want one. I’m demanding that any subscription with me is canceled and the $119.49 be refunded!BioHeal CBD

BIO HEAL CBD company is a ripoff organization. I ordered some of their product to try. It did nothing in the 30 days. I ordered a six month supply. After one month they sent me another six months supply without my authorization. If you choose to do business with this company use a prepaid VISA/Credit Card with very little amount on it so they can not rip you off. Their customer support service is a joke as they can barely speak English. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!BioHeal CBD

Hello-
I purchased 5 bottles of this product based on what I thought was a recommendation of a Dr. they included in their ad, who I respect very much. I thought they were selling a promotion of approx $40 for 5 bottles. There was no subtotal page that broke down the fees, once I hit next, it said the purchase was completed. Later I saw they took almost $200 from my card. I received the product in the mail yesterday, 2/24/24 and the ingredients are nothing like what was promoted. I tried to email the company to ask about how to return them and the email came back as non deliverable. So I called the phone number and I could hear so many people talking in the background, and they started by asking me for personal info. I said I just wanted the return instructions and they would not answer until I gave my personal information, so I hung up. I feel this entire transaction was deceptive and false advertising. I want to return this product for a full refund and want to make it clear I don't allow any further transactions from this company, however, neither the email or phone # worked.BioHeal CBD

Purchased a ONE time thing, they ended up charging me a months supply and an oil. They also charged me again this month for something I did not approve. I called and she said it was too late for me to cancel or return. I told her I would contact my credit card and submit a complaint. Extremely rude and zero Customer service. The product was not the same as what was being sold by Dr. Oz. It had sugar in it and artificial colors. It also was for sleep. Three bottles at 3999 each and two free then it was 198 and change when I called the representative she said I ordered at 79..99 for each three bottles and 2 free free .There was no promo for that for that 79.99 per bottle. I I called. They canceled out my account and said they could not refund me. They were very sorry but this company appears to be fraud and it needs to be stopped. I called my bank and talk to them because we did have a dispute and I did order but I did not order what they sent me is very concerning that others who really can’t afford but want to lose weight is being falsified by this company. They deserve less than 1 star! They advertise falsely as being a lower price and get one free then charge you 4x the price and you have no control over it. They then send you the product which looks like it has a homemade label on it. Then when you call, ***** *** ******* closest relative is on the other line just repeating the same thing over and over. You then have no proof of the purchase other than your bank account being lower than its supposed to be. I thought I was ordering one bottle of CBD gummies. I was shoocked to fine they had charged my card for 5 bottles and then 2 bottles of CBD oil. The website is set up to trick buyers. I never got an invoice before the order was charged to my card. I called immediately after it was posted to my card and was told it was to late to cancel order, although it had only been a matter of minutes. I have not been able to get an address for returns. I am on a fixed social security income and they used up my money for bills. I was told they would credit my account a discount but never got that. I do not want this product. And I want a refund.
