I ordered the product on November 14. I called on December ***************************************************************** ordered. They were supposed to refund said they couldnt to the credit card I used and Im still using but they would send an E check I have called four times since then and all I get is its beyond their control, the check should come with a support email address. I just talked to them today and I got the same response. I cannot speak to anyone higher than the customer service Person that answers the phone. This advertisement uses Dr. ** which is false it was for diabetes and it raises my sugar levels so Im asking for a full $189 refundBusiness Response

The package arrived today and cbd oil cover was not tighten but loose and when the package was opened the jars, bottles and the package was full of oil. if a company doesn;t take care of their product how does someone know what is in it. I just want the refundBusiness Response

Merchandise delivered wasnt the merchandise I ordered. I wanted to return but the Greenvibe customer support cant send me the return label per their policy bec I already opened the package. Once I opened the package , I have to pay the S/H. I explained how am I gonna know that the product is right if I dont open the package? So I threatened that I will post this on social media, etc. Then I check if they are registered with BBB, and this is the reason I wanted to complain. Then the representative told me that they will refund half of the prize and pay the S/H, then refund the other half when they received the returned product. I did not agree. All I need is a return label. I feel that they scammed me, or its a Freud activity.Business Response

In November of this year I made a purchase from this company who charged me a total of $119.49 while the ad stated it was for $59.99. They did send me a refund of $40. I felt the ad was misleading so when I did receive the product I sent it back at my expense of $14.90. They received the product back on December 6th and told me they couldn't return my money on the card I used and would issue an e-check for $59. It should be $79.49 and I questioned why it was only $59 to no avail. They had no issue refunding the $40 so I don't understand why they cannot refund the rest the same way. Now they're saying the refund was issued on December 16th. I have called and sent multiple emails to them without anything being done.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I returned BOTH bottles . First they said they tried to refund my money into my bank account. Now they're saying they will issue an E-check. It's been over 4 weeks and all I hear is "we're working on it". This is outrageous and I want my money refunded in full.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and on 11-30-2023 around noon I saw an ad on ******** for CBD gummies that promoted these CBD gummies were helpful with cancer patients. I ordered the product and my wife told me it was a scam so within a few minutes I called the company to cancel the order. They would not allow me to do so and offered a 50% discount instead. I said no. I called my bank and asked them to stop the payment on the order and explained what happened. The bank is in the process of trying to reverse the charge, but it could take time. This company is rude and would not cancel the order despite ********** immediately. I paid over $250 for this garbage and they take advantage of people who are sick and hurting in order to make a profit. This is a terrible way to do business. If you can help me get my money back that would be great and hopefully they will be put out of business for scamming people.Business Response
