    Complete lies from the beginning and worst customer service. Did not complete the work on the install agreement and won't return my calls. Now I have 2 power bills.

    Everything that Universal Solar Direct did for us was amazing, all the way up until the taxes were done and we did not receive the giant lump sum refund which we were supposed to receive and use for the down payment. Now our monthly payments are going to go up and we are on a limited income. The sales person should have known that we would not receive the tax credit in one lump sum, but that it is based on tax liability. We have no recourse and we are retired, living off of social security. The ethics of this company's sales team are questionable. We are so disappointed, since we liked them so much.
