    I’m extremely satisfied with this solar company, especially their after-sales service. A year after installation, I had a minor issue with the inverter, and their service team was quick to respond. The technician arrived on time, fixed the problem, and even explained troubleshooting tips. What impressed me most is their proactive approach – they check in regularly and even extended my warranty for free. Their commitment to long-term customer care is outstanding. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

    The after-sales support from this solar company is exceptional. I’ve had my system for over two years, and their team has been there whenever I needed help. Recently, I noticed a dip in energy production and called for assistance. They remotely diagnosed the issue and scheduled a free on-site checkup. Whether it’s technical support or advice on system upgrades, they are always responsive and reliable.     I’ve been using my solar system for over a year, and the best part has been the fantastic after-sales service. After installation, I had a lot of questions about system monitoring, and their team was always available. Recently, when I had a minor issue with a panel, they sent a technician within hours to fix it and even did a system check at no extra charge. Their technicians are knowledgeable and truly care about helping customers. It’s rare to find a company that continues to support you like this. I highly recommend them!

    Installers showed up late, left trash in driveway, I got a flat tire from screws and other parts spilled out the back of the installers van. Had multiple shingles pulling up from poor installation practices (only thing they fixed when I called)
    Now less than a year with the system, customer service in a timely manner is not a thing. Keep saying they don’t have anyone in the area, then why are they performing work they can’t support. Have not had a system I can monitor for 2full months now. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    The decision for us with Universal Solar Direct for our solar panel installation worked out great. The planning process and communication throughout the project was outstanding. All of our concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner and they bent over backwards to give us the final product we desired. We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Had such a great experience with our solar installation with Universal Solar Direct. Not only did they do a great job, but also noted unrelated repairs we needed on our roof so that we could get them addressed. They were fast, quick to respond to questions and a great price!

From the first day I called until a few days later when John came on schedule to measure our house for an estimate- our experience was nothing but good.
