I was scammed twice from this company. Not sure as to why they are linked to an HP customer support number that I found on ******* I called them the 1st time on 03-09-22 because I was locked out of my computer and they helped me get back in. I paid $2,356.83 the 1st time for a McAfee lifetime guarantee of protection. To my surprise I got a 2nd phone call from them on 06-09-22 stating that my computer had other issues. I paid a 2nd amount for $1,643.00. I got a 3rd phone call on 09-28-22 saying I was hacked again and I refused to pay. They suddenly offered to supposedly clean up my computer for free. Not sure what they put on my computer, but I have changed my computer login and my bank account login usernames and passcodes to protect myself. The number that I initially called was ************. I called that number last week to hopefully speak to a representative at HP and to my horror the number was for another company.

In April 2022 I had trouble with my HP printer software and HP laptop. I called a number that I thought was HP support but turned out to be Cure and Secure LLC they said I had ransomware and they took control of my computer and said it will cost $500 to fix it and install McAfee anti-virus and I would be covered for 4 years. I haven't had any problems since. They said the only form of payment is to go through my bank's bill pay so they set up the payment for themselves. Today I got a call and said they got an alert that my IP email and bank is being hacked and it will cost $1500 to fix it. It all sounded fishy this time so I called my IT friend and she said they were the hackers. When I told them I would call them back they wiped out my entire desktop so now I have to take it to geek squad to have it fixed. My online banking is locked until I do. Cure and Secure LLC refuses to refund my $500. I am looking for a full refund.
