I have been using sleeper for over a year and have deposited thousands of dollars. all of a sudden when i win and want to cash out they permanently ban me. I am trying to make a withdrawal from the app and am being told by their support team that "it looks like you're on our payment provider's negative list for a bad transaction with another merchant. As a result, your Sleeper wallet account is indefinitely suspended while you are on our payment provider's negative list."I contacted my bank to try and identify this "bad transaction" but without knowing the specific transaction or merchant, there is nothing they can do to identify any reported issues. The bank reviewed my accounts and said everything is in good standing. I have made several other withdrawals from other apps that likely use the same payment provider and don't seem to have any issues with those.I believe this company is holding my funds at ****** and will not release my balance to me for no reason other than they just don't want to. They will not tell me who their payment provider is so how am I supposed to troubleshoot this any further? This companys app, Sleeper, is advertising a deposit match up to $1,500 to use on their Picks contest to win money. I deposited $1,500 on 11/14/2024 from my account, hlamez, and they matched the deposit. I used the $3,000 in credit to choose picks for one game, consisting of taking picks for various players scoring over or under an amount of points determined by Sleeper. I won 3 of my 12 picks (transactions #*******************, #*******************, and #*******************). This resulted in $2,290 in prizes, total. I attempted to withdraw this amount on 11/23/2024, and received a notice You have been blocked from using the wallet and creating contests. Please contact support.. I reached out to Sleeper support, and they told me I just had to submit another self-identification picture with the debit card id be depositing the funds to. This re-identification process is not standard for them, and they claimed A review of your recent Sleeper Wallet transaction history revealed some irregular activity that I could re-certify and it would be cleared up. After completing this, I had been told Upon further review, the account "hlamez" has been permanently suspended for violations of our General Terms of Use. After reading through all of the terms of use on their app, I violated absolutely nothing. They have very vague wording on some that basically say they can ban accounts under their discretion for no reason, which they may be hiding behind. Ive followed up multiple times with their customer support team, and they will not tell me what was violated. They refunded my initial $1,500 deposit, and would not pay out the $790 winnings (transaction #*************; it was removed from my account). As I joined the contest under their promotion and violated none of their terms of use, Im requesting that they honor their contest rules and advertisement. I had $1,500 of my money sitting in their app for the duration of this contest and they will not pay the winnings.Customer Answer

The company is called Blitz Studios and is operating under the app Sleeper. I couldnt confirm if they were previously headquartered in ********* as that is what the BBB lists.

I have tried to resolve this directly with them, but their customer support team refuses to respond to my messages and they do not have a phone number available to call. It seems as though the company simply does not want to pay out the $790 I won in their contest so they claim I violated a term of use (but wont identify which term) and are now ignoring my attempts to reconcile.

Hi, I am writing to bring attention to the fact that a business is withholding money from me. Sleeper is the app but Blitz Studios **** operates them. I was playing daily fantasy pick ems when suddenly my account wallet was frozen with $63 still in the account. After repeated attempts to reach support, they just send me their TOS and do not respond when I say I only wish to withdraw the remaining balance. This business Blitz Studios *** (Sleeper Fantasy Gaming App) received money for the game to be played on 7-11-24. The actual game was played n the evening of July 11, 2024. Once the game was finished it showed and verified that I was a winner of 144 and some odd change. However, this morning, excited I attempted to withdraw the funds from my account. I soon got a notification that it would take up to 5 business days to get paid out the winnings so that they can verify that the payout options are true and valid. I then checked my account again and noticed it had been disabled and that the Blitz Studios *** (Sleeper Fantasy Gaming App) had cleared my winnings from the screen and sent me an email stating that I could not and would not be getting my winnings because of fraudulent acts. I asked for evidence of committing fraud and the support representative ended the support chat. No evidence was given to me but I provide my drivers license with a selfie picture taken next to the phone with the account to it and they still did not and would not either refund that total amount of money that I deposited into the account when I made it or the money from my winnings. As long as I was losing, the game was being played but as soon as I won this is what occurred. Please help me to get my money back.Initial Complaint

i won money with this betting app, like all the other complaints i keep getting an error message saying there was an error processing your deposit the company doesnt respond back to its customers apparently because they know they have this problem, they dont even have an phone number to call for customer service seems like they are stealing money from its account users knowingly. response time from there chat admins was very poor and still didnt help me with my issue all in all i feel this company should be looked into for fraudulent activity. they have peoples ssns and card information.Initial Complaint

The stats that was given was way too inaccurate, but the stat given to place the bet/pick was far too enticing not to choose the bet/pick.
Ex. ************************* has 9 rebounds, but they showed 5 in the 3rd quarter. The stat given to choose the bet was 10.5. I chose under 10.5, thinking he only have 5 rebounds with 1 quarter to go. Minutes went by and no stat was changed, so went to check the web and I noticed the difference in stats. If they didn't update the stat, why would they update the bet stat? It was to deceive people to think they are placing a good bet

Ive been waiting for my money for 8 days now ! And you guys said that you would fix my pending withdrawal that I never received and its still not back in my wallet like **** said yall would do and I really need this money because I have a family to feed plus a pregnant girl .
