    On November 27, I reported fraud activity on my account. My account had $70 in it at that time. Someone accessed my account, used multiple cards to add $20 in three separate transactions then withdrew all $130. I never received a notification that a withdrawal was requested. I accessed my account on December 1 and noticed the fraudulent activity. I immediately reported it to the company through the app's email system. I received a response the same day that they were looking into it and will make it right. I sent follow up emails on December 6, 12, and 19. I received a response on the 19th saying they noticed the same activity on other accounts and were working to resolve. I asked about the status of my account and they would let me know by the end of the week. I never received a response. I sent another email on January 2 and have not received a response. I am not happy with the lack of communication or how this has been handled.

    This is an app that allows you to gamble, so they say. I've won hundreds of dollars but every time I go to withdrawal the funds there is an error, or so they say with trying to connect to my bank but there is no error when they're retrieving money from individuals making deposits into the app. All in all, this app is stealing money from users and retribution is needed on behalf of the people.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/30) */ Hello: We opened a case for this individual on 7/28/22. This user was unable to withdrawal funds from their account because their bank was not supported by our platform. We notified the user and reached out to our payment provider for assistance. The user continued to write in and we continued to update them on the status. On 8/11/22 we processed a payment to the user for their balance, and this payment was officially sent on 8/12/22. As of today's date, we have not heard back from the user and it is our position that this issue has been resolved and payment made in full. Please, we always promptly responded to the user's questions and concerns, and this complaint was resolved in less than 14 days from which it arose. I am happy to answer any further questions.
