      This business claims to fulfill the *** requirements to obtain a permit but it's actually more of a glorified and inflated safety class. There are online courses and in person. I signed up for an in person class 2 months from now and thought better of it so I called to cancel and get a refund, the class was cancelled but was not issued a refund saying all sales are final. There is no information about this and the refund **** says nothing of this. I understand trying to cancel last minute and online classes where info is immediately available, I have done neither and should be entitled to a refund. This is an outright scam.

      Thank you for reaching out. We provide the required training necessary to apply for a Concealed Weapons Permit based on your states regulations. However, the actual permit must be obtained directly through your state by submitting the appropriate application and supporting documentation. As noted in our refund policy, which is clearly stated on our website and agreed to at the time of purchase, we are unable to issue refunds for completed training courses.

      I am rejecting this response because: NO TRAINING HAS BEEN COMPLETED. Appointment was scheduled for the 23rd of August, this was cancelled and a refund was asked for and denied. I have no products or services from your company. Your refund page (which I attached two separate screenshots of the two separate pages you have for some reason) also does not back up your claims. I'm not in an online class and it's well before the ***** hr notice so there is no reason to deny refunding my money.

      Id like to clarify our policy to avoid any confusion. At **********************, we understand that unexpected situations arise, and we always do our best to accommodate our students.

      Our refund and rescheduling policy states that if you notify us between 2472 hours prior to your scheduled class, you may reschedule your training without any fee. However, the policy does not state that a refund will be issued in either caseonly that rescheduling is possible. Our in-person classes are non-refundable.

      Enrolled in a class and I'm cancelling it because I was able to schedule a class locally, they said it is non refundable. cause it was in their contact I signed, which was not explained fully or disclose at the time. All I'm asking for is a a refund for a class I'm not going to take!

      The first thing is that I was charged $175.00 for this certification. Then continued charges for classes I didn't agree to...knowingly. All I want is to get away from this company. Just end the charges and I'll write off the loss as me being stupid for not researching this left handed company.Stop billing me ! I want out !

      i booked a concealed carry course through their website. The class was supposed to take place at my local bass pro shops. i show up on the date that the class was scheduled for and the staff there inform me that they do not offer concealed carry classes at that location, and hadnt for at least 3 months. they also stated that it was a completely different company that was hosting the classes. i reached out to the company via email and have not heard anything back. Their website allowed me to book a class that didnt exist.

      When considering purchasing their product, I filled out the form with my contact and payment information. I NEVER submitted the form, as I changed my mind about purchasing the product. Half an hour later I started getting calls from them trying to sell me the product, and I've gotten several texts trying to get me to purchase things as well. Again, I NEVER SUBMITTED THE FORM. I never signed up for emails, calls, texts, and I never submitted my information nor paid for anything. I had to cancel my debit card out of fear that they somehow pulled my card information along with my contact information, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER COMPLETED THE FORM SUBMISSION.

      On April 26 2025 my husband (*** ******) watched an add on U tube for a concealed weapon carry permit. We down loaded the ** barcode and followed the instructions. He watched a video and answered some questions. Then it said he passed and the permit will be mailed after we pay. ***** $ plus ***** $ for a hard copy in the mail now. So we paid. Then the program said that the training course will help get the permit. After reading that I knew we were scammed. False advertising. My husband already took a training course for the concealed carry permit. It was free on line. We would never have paid for the same thing that he allready had for free. I just want my money back. They offered a ****** restaurant gift card . We do not eat at restaurants. It would be useless. Please help us so we do not loose our money. Thank you. *** and ***** ******.

      I am rejecting this response because: No one needs a training course for a concealed  weapons permit in this State of **********. I have  the permit and took NO training course. But my husband did take a training course on line for FREE just for the fun of it.  Your website is not clear at all. we thought  My husband was getting the permit itself.  He already had the training  certificate. why would we spend  $ 89.00   on something he already had for free???????. the site is a scam. all i need is a refund. I will send back the  training certificate. ( he already has one )  and you can refund  my full payment.

      On or about May 2, 2025 I came across a website and the website mislead me from the beginning. It lead me to believe that after listening to a training video and passing a quiz, I would be able to conceal carry a handgun throughout the ************* minus a couple States. The training video was very basic in my estimation, because I am a retired police officer and I have shot handguns for over 49 years. After completion of the quiz, I entered my credit card information. After entering my credit card information, the website showed their fine print. The fine print basically stated their services did not give permission to conceal carry anywhere in the ************************** charged me $89.99 and I received nothing of real value. I am disappointed in myself for being taken by this company. I will be contacting my bank to contest the charge of $89.99.I tried to call the Conceal Coalition today (Saturday) but their offices are closed over the weekend. Concealed Coalition **** lists their physical address as ************************************************, telephone **************.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Concealed Coalition did not provide me anything in regards to what I would consider training. Their video was very basic and nothing that I would call training. In the State of ******** any resident above the age of 21 years and who have not committed a felony, are permitted to open carry a handgun or conceal carry a handgun without a permit. The Concealed Coalition advertised that they offered a concealed carry permit throughout ***************** minus two States. ******* was listed as being one of the States. 

      I paid the Concealed Carry Coalition $89.99 and I have received no valuable services from this organization. I will not be satisfied unless this scamming organization refund my money.

      While ******** is now a permit-less carry state, please note that our website includes the following disclaimer: "As of September 2023, adults who are legally able to carry a firearm are able to participate in Nebraska conceal carry without a permit. ******** has retained its concealed carry permitting system though, allowing residents who wish to carry in reciprocating states to do so." Additinaly you signed up for our in-person training class through our website. Our website states the necessary steps that you will need to complete after signing up. The website states, Step 1: Complete your instructional requirements by watching our short instructional video for free. Step 2: Pass our ********************************************************************************************************** person training with live fire training. Step 3: After you complete the qualification test, we will outline the next steps necessary to secure your concealed carry permit. As you can see step 1 lets you know that you are not paying for the video. step 2 the website makes it clear that you will need to schedule your in-person class. Additionally, we encourage you to review our refund policy, which is readily available on our website before you sign up for the course.

      Our website also states, "Due to reciprocity laws, the Nebraska concealed carry permit is currently recognized in 34 additional states. This means that if you are a ******** resident with a valid Nebraska concealed carry permit, you can legally carry concealed in any of the other 34 states recognizing the ******** permit." While we provide high-quality training and supplemental online instruction, please note that we cannot issue you a permit. You must go through your state to obtain your concealed carry permit.

      28 April 2025 on ******** it says you can get your concealed carry for multiple states strickly on line in about an hour. After spending about 45 min they take your credit card info and charge $109 then afterwards it come back with a page that says Lousiana requires live fire and that will be another $100 and it is 5 hours each way away so that would be a couple days more tied up. I called to cancel the order and was told I needed to take another 8 hours on line class on line and could get the live fire at a range in ********** but have to pay the range for this. **** said they could only refund $15 because it says in the terms and agreements that all sales are final. I think this place should be shut down or at least be made to make all charges availale at the beginning instead of being allowed to scam you out of more and more money
