      Same issue as most. They advertise great prices on contacts. Only after you have entered all your information, do you get a total price that was over 50% higher. No explanation. No detailed receipt with the line items of fees and taxes. They are counting on the purchaser not looking at the total on the last screen. Very, very slimy business. It is hard to believe what they are doing is legal.

      Be wary of the additional fees. I ordered 2 boxes of contacts expecting to only pay about $60. I was charged $120.00. The confirmation email didn't outline the charges and when I tried to find the detailed summary in my account online there was no record of it. I called to find out how two boxes were so expensive and was told it was due to over $50 in taxes and fees which were noted on the shipping page. The customer service agent told me she couldn't cancel the order because it was in the warehouse already for shipping. The order was placed less than 24 hours ago, so hey, they ship quick...

      Lens.com is the most shady company I’ve ever dealt with. The rebate is a lie, and they are refusing to refund me for a $300 canceled order. DO NOT USE LENS.COM

      The rebate is a joke. Finally received my rebate visa card after 5 months. The card balance was $0. I am out $180 & will never do business with lens.com again,

      As mentioned numerous times previously, this company is evasive (at best) about additional fees. The rebates also rarely seem to arrive (though I have no trouble with other mail). They were willing to provide credit to my account for rebates that I didn't receive (after numerous hours of chat and calls to customer service). After the same thing happened a second time, they again provided account credit. When I complained and mentioned that I no longer wear contacts, they proceeded to remove the credit from my account without further explanation or contact. If you're reading BBB reviews, don't say that you haven't been warned!

      No stars really. On June 6, 2022 I ordered four boxes of multifocal contacts with a rebate of $95 as of today April 17, 2023. I still have not received my rebate. I complain to the company they assured me that the rebate will be sent within 5 to 7 days and I still have not received my rebate. This is the third time that I have not received a rebate from ordering from this company. I believe that they are a fraudulent company it’s a bait and switch company consumers please beware do not purchase from Lens.com. Thre are many other companies that you will at least get what you are supposed to get. sams.com, walmart.com stick with a company that stands behind their customers. Lens.com doesn’t care that if they have no customers, they have no business .

      Deceptive marketing bordering on fraud. Boxes are advertised at $29.64 per...however, they obfuscate the fact that they layer a hefty "fee" on each order. Case in point, I bought 6 boxes and the price was about $178, however the "taxes and fees" was $156. This does not include shipping. If you apply a generous 10% tax to it you still end up paying almost $140 in fees!
      The additional deception is to tout a $75 dollar mail in rebate, but here's the catch, you have to wait to receive the boxes and thry require that you must print and mail it. This is an obvious calculation that most customers will forget and not bother to go through that process. If they were sincere, they would send you reminders that you have not claimed your rebate and provide an easy electronic way to do it. They do not and it is in my opinion an intentional calculation to limit redemptions. I believe this is the extremely anti-customer and deceptive.

      I was drawn in by a promise of a box of Biofinity lenses for about $11 after rebate if you buy 4 boxes. However, they do not transparently display an added on $98 of "taxes and fees" which appear when you are about to submit your order (and have already given them your personal information). It took some time on a live chat with an agent to discover these "taxes and fees."

      Rebate is a SCAM. Sent all required proof of purchase and they contend it was never received. Last penny I spend with Len.com!

      They advertise extremely low prices with great discounts. My order was showing to be $328 in my cart after a $290 rebate. I gave them all my information to submit the order, and then only on the very last page after you submit all of your information does the final page for your credit card information show you the actual price, which was going to be $560 after the $290 rebate. Nowhere on the page did it explain the $232 jump in price. I called the Customer Service and the representative explained to me that the additional $232 was actually "fees and taxes" that they add on the final page, but they do not even show the breakdown of it.
