The rebate is just a scam designed to charge you higher prices. I placed a 6 month supply order and sent the rebate in immediately. I had to reorder the contacts after sic months and and not yet gotten the rebate I was supposed to. The rebate came after the new order. 6 months? Are you really kidding me? Lens.com is just hoping that we forget to send in the rebate or that they can find something wrong and deny it. They was to use our money for six months. Other providers have similar prices compared to the after rebate price without fronting the money so they can sit on it and msybe not pay it back. A JOKE!

Extremely deceptive. They have hidden fees and taxes of $67.96 on an order of 4 boxes of contacts ordered online. This makes their advertised price seem lower than competitors, when their total price is higher... Also, they charge $75 more than that, and make you mail in a rebate form to get your $75 back, in the form of a pre-paid Visa card...
      Very ******, deceptive company. BEWARE

Guess something changed in 2022 cause they used to have cheapest lenses and were dependable.

my contacts were fine, I have no issues with them and they were a little cheaper than going through the dr's office, which is what I was trying to do by buying them myself, but my FSA card number got stolen through their site and I am having nothing but problems because of it. The site wasn't secure. savings probably not worth the headache of not having the cash on the card to use for other medical expenses now.

I will definitily not recommend lens.com.

Ordered three times, supposed to get a rebate each time. First two times I did, but it took months. It was the pandemic, I’ll give you some grace. Ordered a third time, and magically they didn’t receive my box ends you have to send with the rebate form. They sent me an email saying I needed to send them in. I CAN’T DO THAT IF I ALREADY SENT THEM AND YOU SAY YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM. Beyond frustrating. There are other sites that have almost equal discounts without the headache of waiting on a rebate that they may not give you anyway.

They are lucky I am required to give them one start. I purchased my contacts for years with this company and I feel they need to have a better way of processing their rebate. Sending the rebate via mail is never reliable. I spoke to a supervisor and all he could tell me is they will research it but without the tracking number, it would be hard. Nowhere on the form ask us to send the mail via priority. They wouldn't even accept a photocopy or actual picture to verify. As a customer for many years, I will take my business somewhere else. I'm sure they don't care because I am just a $$ to them. Customer service will not help you if you're in my situation.

The original order was delivered with no issue, however the rebate is a total scam. They require you to physically cut up the boxes of the product THEY just sent to you and mail it right back to them in snail mail. They promise 8-12 weeks, which is ridiculous to begin with for mailing back a gift card. I've been waiting 16 weeks with no rebate and I will never use Lens.com again.

*SCAM ALERT!” Rebate center is a scam. I didn’t realize it until after I had an issue and then started checking reviews. It is a legit concern. Do not purchase your contacts from this business assuming you can submit rebate form. They obviously have some issues. It is only by mail. They say they have no fault for lost mail which seems like a convenient excuse to not pay out rebates. I talked to a supervisor in Missouri today at 0726 mountain. Her name is Candy. She said there was nothing she could do other than check with the rebate center to see if they received it and then told me to check back in 5 to 7 business days. I also asked her for a number to corporate. She was uncle to provide and gave me a generic email. I also asked for the CEO and president names. She claimed she did it have that information. This was just a quick Google search and found to be Cary Samourkachian. I sent him a personal message. I don’t expect to hear back, but I am trying all avenues to express my frustrations and alert others of this scam.

      ?
I intended to purchase 4 boxes of contact lenses at $31.74 per box. They advertised $9.24 per box if I ordered 8 boxes, which would have been $73.92, instead of $253. 92. When I clicked "checkout" the total was$485.79!!! They added $213.92 in "tax & fees", which is an additional 85%.
I clicked the "chat 24/7" line and the rep did everything possible to avoid explaining what "fees" were, since tax would be no more than $22 in any state. I had to ask SIX TIMES, but he finally was forced to admit that "fees" were: "This includes calling your doctor on your behalf, doctor's fees since we need to verify your prescription, and handling and processing your order.
If the customer has a valid prescription, there is no need to call the doctor. Tax would have been $20 so the "rebate" which was applied to the order, tax and their undisclosed "fees" added 85% to the cost of the order. I told them that was fraud and they lost my business.
