      Horrible experience with the manager. Attempted to pump gas after putting $50 credits worth. The pump was faulty only pumping gas at a snails pace like a penny a second. Having waited around 5 minutes I asked the cashier for a refund. He said since it’s a gift card he couldn’t. Instead he asked me to stop pumping the gas and then we could reset the pump. I did as I was told but my card was declined now. I said this is not right I won’t let you guys keep the $45.86 that’s owed to me. I asked to see the manager and she was useless and really not concerned and made it clear that it was problem and the issuer of the gift card. I told her this problem arose only because you let a faulty pump operate. You would think and expect as a manager of the station she would have resolved this inconvenience rather easily by just giving me a store credit. This occurred at the Arco located at 7100 W Lake Mead Las Vegas NV 89128. Beware of using their pumps not the first I encountered slow pumps at this particular station

      The REBEL #6185 I'm commenting on is located at 10000 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV 89052. Back on Dec 14, 2023, I came in in the mid afternoon to get a hot drink that was on special. The older lady with an arm cast was about to leave, when there were now two lines of people coming in, as it was down to one cashier as when it was my turn that I paid for my hot drink but decided maybe he's too busy that i let it go from getting my receipt that time. I noticed when I walked out that after I paid him $5.02 from a $1.07 that I only got $3 back, not $4. So I called up the next day and then spoke to someone other than the one I went back to almost a week later said to come back to the store and tell them what happened with time and day they can look it up. I went back to and ask for the manager, Sean, and the guy who was cashier that day was Pero and said he's not there today so I told him what happened and he got a little hostile with me and said 'next time, count your change' and wouldn't give me my receipt that I had an old one not from last time as I wrote all over it. The lady wearing a cast was there and smirking smilinng not sure it was for me or for him. I thought this place is a joke if they dearly care for their customers, they wouldn't act this way. It seem that when people in NV have an attitude, they take it out to customers, not themselves, since they have to work on themselves. When it comes to businesses, you don't show your anger or hostility towards people but to keep it inside or at home. I'm surprised there are people in NV are allowed to work there whether they're not told of their behavior at work or not. The sad part of it was I had purchased maybe 1-2 weeks ago some little toy animals from them and they weren't cheap but do they deserve my business? NO! Not when hired low grade people can't be professional in their job and show compassion to people that they shouldn't be there.

      The Rebel fuel station, and convenience store at the corner of Nellis blvd. and Flamingo blvd. is quitely charging fuel customers full credit price per gallon of fuel when they use a bank card, which is cash. Credit card transactions do charge the vendera a fee, but straight bank card transfers do not! They display a difference is price of 10 cent a gallon between cash and credit. They are just pocketing the extra money they are not charged for. There is no telling how long this has been going on. Too me, this is fraud, and should be reported to the proper controlling authorities! At present, I don't know who too contact about this.
