    I wasn't.
    Thank to MBNcard, the first thing I learnt how to get money is to pass ** expense to someone else, now I get rid of my CC processing fee. Then I know how to increase my value by respecting myself and services more, respecting my Staffs more

    Easy to use and love the QuickBooks integration. I was very impressed with the sales process, onboarding and software that MBN Card Network provides. We should save about $15K in processing fees in 2020 by making the change. I would strongly recommend MBN Card Network to any company over $2M who is using QuickBooks for processing.

    We have had our share of processors over the years but MBN Card Network has been wonderful to deal with and easy to read statements unlike the others we used previously. Great customer service and able to to get a live person when needed. Thank you.

    I have been with SBA LYNX PAYMENT since Sept 2015 and been very satisfied with the services and rates. As a small business owner (as many of you are) I am approached weekly by other processing companies to switch my service for "better rates and no fees". I switched breifly one time back in 2016 because i thought i was going to get better rates... huge mistake on my part because I ended up getting a slightly higher rate with more fees! Luckily my rep at SBA LYNX PAYMENT, Tommy, took the time to explain the rates again and what the other company was doing and got me out and back with SBA LYNX PAYMENT. He has always been very up front, honest and responsive regarding rates, fees and my service. Not contacting him before the switch proved to be a huge PITA. In short, Great service and never had any fees I was not expecting or aware of so those who are unhappy should try reaching out to your rep and getting educated before just trashing an entire company. 5 stars!

    I've worked with them in the past and had no problems. The machine they gave me was pretty new and it was exactly what I needed. No company is perfect but Leaders will definitely do the job.

    I would give no stars if I could. The agent was try to hook us in the company and walk away. ( Tammy was the agent) They are so many hidden fees. I couldn't find the agent to close it. They took automatic payment every month and we never start with them for one day ( without telling me at the beginning)
    Don't let them fool you around. It's not a good company to trust for you business

    Even though agents are independent sales, they should train well and figure it out a solution for the customers( not leave them behind and block her customers phone.)

    When I asked her questions before she sent out the machine, she said that she could figure it out.
    Then it turns out not what we expect it and we told her " that's why I asked you before you send out the machine. " She said that she was worry that we will not continue to try out, and waste all her time of sale.
    Guess what, we didn't want to try something that we don't trust, even she sent out the machine for us.

    I got charged 3 months automatically ( never use it for a day) Try to call straight to the company and send out twice of cancellations forms. Sorry is not solve anything. I want people to understand before they start to make company with your credit card Merchandise.
