COMPLETE SCAM! Buyer beware. Been following her on/off for awhile and decided to purchase a tradeline. It all seemed legit until it didn't. I figured that since she's been doing this so long, there must be some legitimacy to it. Recently, I'd been receiving a bunch of tradeline emails that seemed like a great way to increase credit score. Fast forward, sent money and then nothing. Her initial response was a little unprofessional and uneducated, but the joke is on me because I went ahead and paid. After the "supposed delivery date" I reached out via phone and email with zero response and no tradeline as promised. This is just so sad. After a quick ****** search, this person has a criminal cases attached to her involving scamming people...see for yourself. Don't spend a dime...save yourself the headache folk. ****** learned, ****** first!Initial Complaint

This individual ******* Vargas, business Vargas Consulting annd/or **************************************************** advertises credit repair and credit sweeps on *******. When I initially reached out, she was extremely responsivealmost too responsivefrequently calling, texting, and emailing about getting payment to start work. My inbox was bombarded with promotional emails, many of which ended up in my spam folder. Her emails included offers for additional services, all requiring extra payments. She only accepts payments via ******* or *****, refusing Cash App or traditional bank cards. After I made the payment, everything changed. She went completely silentno responses to calls, texts, or emails despite my repeated attempts to reach her. Concerned, I decided to research her company and was shocked to find countless complaints on the BBB and other platforms from people who had been scammed in the exact same way.I suspect the documents she had me sign are how she avoids legal trouble, but this is clearly a scam. Its horrifying that she has scammed so many people and continues to operate without consequence. Something needs to be done to stop this.Initial Complaint

We both signed up with Vargas Consulting to repair our credit reports on November 25, 2024. On the phone, she stated that I have 60 days for the services and will remove all negative information in our three major credit reports. The initial cost to start with a discount is ******** dollars, the deposit is $******, and the rest is split into two payments within 60 days. We agreed and paid her an initial ****** dollars on November 25, 2024, with all our sensitive information. The next day, 24 hours later, she demanded another $****** for full payment totaling $********, one thousand one hundred dollars. Were not going to do that. I then requested proof of her service and what she had done. NOTHING came up that day; on 11/27/2024, she ignored our requests again. We then noticed that something was wrong; here we called the local police and reported she was online SCAM case number ***********- - I then tried to email her, but my email was blocked. The ******************* return couldn't be delivered; it seemed like it was blocked. We couldnt call her, only text, and we sent many texts without reply. Again, we received multiple emails threatening from her, including putting us in the collections department and no longer being disputed in three major credit reports, suing us for the rest of the amount, etc...Then we went online and backtracked her phone number, ************; we found her number was throughout the Voice register at a location in ***************, **, under someone named ****** ****** in the phone profile someone was posted back in 2023 and named her title as Vargas Consulting/Credit Repair possible SCAM. At that point, I knew we had been scammed by someone who we did not know who she was.Her last letter was the most terror-threatening. She said she knew where we ******** prevent this from happening to another person, Please, somehow, BBB or someone file criminal charges against these people behind bars and bring this SCAM to the police departmentInitial Complaint

Payment of $1 and then $300 ETH have been received on September 8th for the 96hr rapid credit score sweep. You will receive a 50% discount on day 5 if a minimum of 80 point increase has not been achieved on each bureau within that timeframe. They did not do the work. It is a scamInitial Complaint

I found Vargas consulting on ******* and I found her to be quite competent, but very expensive. After having no luck, disputing a complicated charge of account I had decided to pay her for her services. She wanted to be paid right away, which I thought was not kosher, but I just wanted her to get to work. She advertised personalized services, which I only saw from her ******* channel.Right away I realize something was fishy. She didnt accept any documents. She was not interested in any of my previous disputes. When her first round of disputes went out and I was emailed a copy it was seven-year-olds formatting and typing. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of it there were mistakes just errors. I had the same experience the credit bureau did not process disputes because of errors. However, I could not get a hold of her no matter what phone line go straight to voicemail. Emails are unanswered text messages, not answered I even made a video. Impossible to get a hold of her and clarify, what was going on. After probably hundred unanswered phone call And 100 unanswered emails, I finally pulled the plug and realized this is scam when I saw the second round of disputes go out with identical errors. She made no to provide evidence to counter the credit card charge back. But at that point, she started emailing me absolutely unhinged and threatening emails same thing threatening with collection threatening with seven years of bad credit threatening with fraud sending me just extremely unprofessional crazy emails. I cannot believe that. I did not check this earlier. I was just too stupid stupid. Its vile that people Who go to you for help or the ones who will exploit your situation. Im going to do everything to stop this woman from doing this. She clearly has a partner its just absolutely disgusting.Initial Complaint

I signed up with Vargas Consulting/****************** on 01/30/2023 for credit repair service. I contracted to pay 139/month and 30/month for a credit monitoring service Smart Credit which she advised me to get. I followed all of Kristens directions. I gave her my personal info including my SSN, DOB, Address, a picture of me holding up my ID, and anything else she requested. On 02/02/2023 ******* sent me an email of a dispute she claims she sent to all 3 CRAs. I called Experian, Equifax, and Transunion on various occasions to follow up to see if they received anything. All three credit bureaus confirmed they have not received any disputes. I allowed time because these processes take time. I called the credit bureaus on 03/01/2023. All advised no disputes received. Shortly after, I sent ******* an email on 03/01/2023, 03/11/2023 and 03/13/2023. I simply wanted updates and received no response. I then disputed with my bank. I found forums, YT videos, and new reports of ******* stealing from prospective clients and also being jailed for identity theft. The only emailed I received from ******* was on 03/14/2023 about a missing payment which was computerized. ******* never reached out to me until 04/20/2023. Stating she was going to send my account to collections and have me blocked from Credit ******************* She claims she'd been working on my account but every dispute she sends out I am supposed to receive a copy. I received a copy of dispute in two months. Which the CRAs confirmed they never received. I am trying to figure out why didn't I receive copies of the other 4 disputes she claims she sent out. ******* also states she didn't have access to my Smart Credit profile which she never mentioned to me and I provided her all of that information on her portal. ******* is attempting to send me to collections for over $4000. For two disputed payments of 139. The screenshots of letters she says "typed" all show they modified right before sending them to me on 04/20/2023Initial Complaint
