The over draft fee is way too much. For . 16 Cents over I I got charged 35.00 plus 2 more dollars for Day. It used to be a over draft only if was for 200 dollar or moore. What happened.????

Their theme song might repeat the words, "Our one focus is you" but I have found that to be anything but. First, they technically have my name wrong and I've been told it's impossible to fix it unless I open up a new loan. My bank... can't get my name right - not fixable? They see my name as my first and middle name, not just my first name. I've even been asked on the phone if that's right and I say no, but they can't fix it in the system.
The biggest problem I have though is their banking practices. Their rules definitely benefit them keeping my money and charging me more money than what it should be. I have a personal line of credit which is in the $20k range. This line of credit is why I opened up a bank account with One Nevada because my other long time bank does not offer lines of credit.
So to make payments to my One Nevada line of credit I pay from an external bank account, just like I would if I were paying any credit card; however, I now have discovered that I'm restricted with how much I can pay per day to my line of credit from my external checking - $2000/day.
Problem: I want to make a $5000 payment but I cannot do this, it has to be paid over 3 days. Furthermore, interest on the LOC is calculated on a daily balance. So my balance has to stay higher over the course of 3 days rather than paying it down by $5000 in one day. This means they make more money off me by restricting how fast I can pay down my line of credit. If I wanted to make a $10k payment to my $20k loan today, I should be able to do that, but because I'm restricted to a $2k/day payment limit, they keep my money and make money off me each day because my balance is not paid down.
In my opinion this is fraudulent banking. I would have never opened up an account with this company had I known they planned on keeping my money and restricting how fast I can pay down my line of credit, not to mention update my name correctly in their system.

I have been a delighted member of One Nevada Credit Union since 2012. This credit union has not aged well. Exceptional cybersecurity and online checking at reasonable rates ($5 a month) with superior customer service have been replaced with SAGE, my robotic answering machine nemesis who will send me to the Philippines and back without resolving my issues or answering a single question. I am closing my account today after multiple attempts to replace a debit card. One Nevada,...your better days are in the past!!

Good credit union to get started and open a secure credit card or starter loan to build personal credit, but other than that RUN!!! Do not keep any large sum of money in this pretend bank because they do not keep cash on the premises and cash is stored in a *** machine. The *********************** is outsourced to some company God knows where and no one knows who they are. They have stopped answering calls and expect card members to leave a message- Lol. What a joke. Instead of answering member's phone calls now, One Nevada has allowed the automated system take over to answer calls. I feel sorry for the Elderly, who still wants to talk to a human being. Forget it- and how disrespectful is this to its members. I withdrew over 40K from this credit union once I realized that there was NO MONEY on the premises like in a traditional bank with a cash counter and tellers who count your money in your presence. I was at the *** for at least 30 minutes getting all my money out of there. People were in line behind me, because again, their supposed bank tellers do not count money! The customer service manager had to even give me an approval to withdraw my own money! I could go on and on about the failures and technologically dwarfed One Nevada is. I feel like something is happening behind the scenes that management is trying to hide. They are literally keeping members in the dark and will eventually steal all their money with some power outage scheme. I can't believe people think their money is safe there when there is no afterhours customer service and their website is always crappy. I couldn't update my own address online but the website was forcing me to do it. It never processed the change. Just RUN- it's better to go to a traditional bank to do your in-person banking, keep large sums of cash, pay bills and have control over your own cash. One Nevada is washed up.
