    $3,300 on Date 03/16/2022.I am writing to formally file a complaint against Boca Dental due to a billing error that has severely impacted my credit. Without my knowledge or consent, Boca Dental applied charges to my account, which I was unaware of for several months. As a result, I missed payments, leading to late fees and negative remarks on my credit report. This situation has caused my credit score to drop significantly, preventing me from purchasing a home. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting both Boca Dental and ************** but to no avail. The only action taken was the closure of the account, without rectifying the damage done to my credit. I possess a letter from the office manager at Boca Dental acknowledging that the error was on their part. I am seeking immediate correction of my credit report to remove the late payment remarks and appropriate financial compensation for the distress and financial hardship this error has caused me. I believe this situation warrants a thorough investigation and prompt resolution.

    I took my daughter for orthodontics treatment, I signed a contract where they charged me an amount to provide the service to my daughter., I paid 21 of the 24 agreed payments, plus down payment., Mouth *********************************************** promised to see and treat my daughter every 30 days, but they never did. Of the 21 months that they were supposed to see my daughter and provide her with the service, my daughter only received 7 visits, and the last visit they left my daughter without a wire, they denied us the service and they simply left my daughter without the wire and that affected her. orthodontics. I have tried to contact them at 2 different offices and phone numbers, I left a voice message and no one answers my calls or returns my calls, I have sent 2 emails asking for a refund of the money I already paid and no one answers, I have attended the offices and I have asked for information but all the employees deny me the information and on one occasion the office located at ****************, one of its employees ***** called the police for me to leave the place. and in the end no one takes care of my hika, no one answers my calls or my emails, and no one gives me information to get my money back

    On 1/16 my son was scheduled for a cleaning & was told he needed a palate ********************************** On 1/18 I went in for the consultation, paid $1500 & they scanned my son's mouth & put spacers in. On 2/6 we went in to have the device put in. The device was too big so they sent it back for resizing. On 2/13 we returned & were told the dentist was not in the office & the dental tech couldn't get the device in and it would again need to be resized. On 2/20 We arrived & were again told that the dentist had not shown up for work. The dental tech tried to get the device in but eventually said it was the dentist's ******** couldn't do it when the dentist didn't show up to help him. All 3 dental techs (possibly one in training) said how unprofessional this office is and at least one of them was quitting. After we left, the receptionist called & told us to come back in, that the dentist had arrived. We declined. On 2/27 my son was scheduled for an appointment at 4pm but they called us at 8am to ask that we come in at 9 bc the dentist was AGAIN not going to be there for the SCHEDULED appt. My husband declined. Then the dentist himself called and told him that we needed to come in because this is a time sensitive matter. My husband told him that we know this and that's why we actually show up. The dentist told him that "maybe" he could stay until 4pm but wasn't sure. I went to the office & was given an email address for the regional office. I canceled my son's appt because I was not sure if the dentist would be there. I emailed & ****** got back to me & said she sent my email to the ** & would call me the next day. The next day came and went and I heard nothing so I followed up. On 3/1 I emailed again with no response. On 3/3, my *********** both called & were told that we couldn't have a phone number to reach ****** or anyone else to see what was being done. We were told to email again & wait. This is time sensitive & ridiculous.

    I am filing a complaint on the behalf of myself and partner *******************************. We currently go to the ******** and Rainbow locations, and have nothing but bad experiences with this ********* Although we LOVE our doctor, we are highly fed up with this place of business. The front desk staff is AWFUL! There have been multiple occurrences where the front desk has misinformed, failed to inform, failed to put in appointments that were confirmed, and not having enough information for employees. The unprofessionalism is at an all time high. We only chose this place because, our insurance covers check *** and 1 cleaning. They have charged us for multiple services we have not even scheduled for. We have came to the orthodontist on days we were scheduled, and front desk looks clueless as to why were here. Unfortunately we got braces through this company and still are making payments. At this point we are more than unsatisfied with the rainbow and ******** ********* We no longer want services from such unprofessional, clueless staff. We are attempting to find a different location to potentially transfer since we are both still making payments via ******.
