    Dear Joe,
    I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I’ve had as a patient at one of your Boca Dental locations. I feel it’s important that you, as a co-founder, are made aware of what’s been going on—because what I’ve experienced is completely unacceptable.
    From the beginning, I chose Boca Dental because you offered affordable braces and a payment plan that worked for my financial situation. I was honest and upfront about my budget, and that transparency was a major reason I trusted your office with my care.
    However, my recent visits have left me feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and, quite frankly, uncomfortable. I’ve sensed a tone and treatment that felt dismissive, unkind, and at times tinged with racial bias. I do not say that lightly. When patients walk into any medical facility—especially one they’re paying for—they deserve to be treated with dignity and equality, not judgment.
    To make matters worse, I’ve tried multiple times over the past few weeks to speak with the regional manager to get these concerns addressed. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive a phone call or any meaningful resolution. That kind of disregard is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
    Additionally, I’m now being asked to pay more than usual for services that have never been part of my treatment plan. These charges feel random, unnecessary, and inconsistent with what I was originally told. It's not right to change the rules mid-treatment, especially without proper explanation or consent.
    I’m asking that someone reach out to me immediately to address this. I would still like to resolve this professionally, but I need to know that I’m being heard and that Boca Dental truly values its patients—*all* of them.

    Doctor lied
    Receptionist rude and talkes over you.
    Very disrespectfull. What kinda doctor lies to a patient???
