    We received an automatic draft of $225 on 11/29/22 for an Annual Domain Listing Subscription. We did not authorize this charge and we do not use this service for our domain listing. Not only are we requiring a refund, but we are also discontinuing any automatic draft authorization from this business. We are unaware of how this business got our banking information. We have made numerous attempts to contact the business but have been unsuccessful. Americas Domain Listing Bureau is either a SCAM, or a business using highly unethical business methods to prey on consumers.

    We keep getting a bill from them and we have never used them. Dont even know who they are.

    Last year we sent this company a check for $225.00 on October 28, 2021. At the time I was instructed by one of our pastors to pay we thought it was a legit bill for our website. Come to find out from our IT person that is not who we use. Our error. However, on November 15, 2022 they withdrew $225.00 out of our account without our consent. They created an electronic check that we did not authorize. I have tried calling them at ************* and that is now Gentle Dental. I have also tried ************* and its not in service. I have also sent several emails to ******************************* and not one response. I would like to know why they drafted our account without consent and how do we get the $225.00 that was unauthorized back?

    We were scammed by this company. And ************ used a check sent last year to charge us again this year. Even after we contacted our bank to report fraud and also canceled it.

    Your subscription has been cancelled and a refund check has been issued.

     

    It shows it should arrive by December 6th but we have been informed from other customers sometimes a week after the delivery date it has arrived. 

     

    So between December 6th -December 13th most likely.  But the refund  has been submitted and is in process to being sent to you.
