  This was the worst customer experience ever. I wish zero stars was an option. Even though it was a mistake to order the service in the first place, I forgot to cancel it for year 2. When requesting an invoice, the person on the phone said it was not available online, and that was sent by mail. I said it never came in the mail. She refused to sent another and denied that our credit card was in their system, which it was. I did get heated when she refused to believe that it did not come in the mail. She hung up on me and refused to talk again when I called back and said their was no supervisor to which I could speak.

  Our business just received a letter via USPS with misleading information that the letter includes an invoice or bill related to our domain name registration. The "charge" is for $288 and although it states in buried, hard to read text, that this is a solicitation, not a bill, it appears to be a real invoice with payment coupon attached. A complete scam.

  This is a complete scam. Every now and then it sends me a mock bill for $288 for "website listing."
  It deserves no stars.

  This, as you can see from the many reviews is a total SCAM! The company finds your website name and alleges that your domain name needs to be renewed. It appears as an invoice and explains how to make a payment by check, or credit/debit card. In big bold letters at the top it says, "Please make checks payable to "America's Domain Bureau."" Only in the small print on the reverse side does it say, "THIS IS NOT A BILL. THIS IS A SOLICITATION. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATIONS TOPAY THE AMOUNT ABOVE UNLESSYOU ACCEPT THIS OFFER." Note the spacing "TOPAY" and "UNLESSYOU." This is a typical scam that is used by many other companies similar to this one. Always check your domain's provider by using "https://who.is/" It legitimately provides you with all the necessary information, including the Registrar, when your site opened; when your next payment is due, etc. It also offers many other bits of information i.e. DNS records, etc. “CAVEAT EMPTOR” is Latin for “let the buyer beware.” Always look for the fine print.

  An Electronic Check showed up on our church's bank statement. It says that the customer authorized the check, which was a false statement. We are going to have our bank handle this fraudulent transaction. It was for $225. If you are dealing with this company please be advised that they are not reputable. Beware! They deserve no stars.

  Bank statement shows an electronic check for $225 from them. The actual check number was used by us in August 2021. This check is dated Oct 20, 2022. The that time, we were without phone and/or internet due to Hurricane ***. I can't read the endorsement, but the receiving bank was the Navy FCU. Actually ZERO stars
