On JUNE 14, 2023 This guy and later ***** both lied to cover up the hissy fit/tantrum he threw when he was correct by ****** then by 16yr old niece because " the guy " ( he would never give his name ) lied about what was said as he made false claims that I said something to him when I was on the phone w/ ****** before she went into the Walnut location run by ***** but owner/mgmt is ***** and ***. The one item of almost ten items was not as described grossly since it was a decorative non functional not sharpened wall hanger and not a " Very Sharp ******** Sword " as described in the auction heading and description. He told ****** that she didn't know what she was talking about when she said everything but the sword was ok, as it was beyond dull it was unsharpened and never sharpened as she kept running her hand on the blade. He told her " you do not know what you are talking about ! " raising his voice and getting snippy. He then told her that look at the auction ad, she went to tell me but I'm on the phone and heard him as ****** had the phone on the counter because she went through to verify that all items on the list won and paid for is what she is picking up for Me as per every week for the past 4yrs+ for the weekly Sunday auction. I responded back to ****** and said I know I'm not stupid and I know I'm not blind to ****** on the phone and the guy just went off on ****** and 16yr old niece who told him that he just accused Me of saying stupid to him when at no time was him and I ever engaged in a conversation, he ear hustling in on a conversation that was not with him and being selective with his hearing, because 16yr old girl told him immediately that that was not what she heard me say and I was not talking to him as he did not have the phone it's ******* and Her and I are having a conversation before and he interjects himself by making false accusations because he's telling an avid female cook about a blade being dull or sharp, sideways half listening to a conversation not with him or about him as packages and some other errands needed to be done but that can't be a conversation for ****** and I as he yells at them takes all of the items back and refuses to give the items and tells ****** to leave the store even though ****** asked for ***** or the manager. But he told ****** " No ! You Only Have Me To Deal With ! " yelling. ****** and 16yr old ***** moved by back wall to stay clear while he yells , be rude, and tells them to leave. I hung up and called ***** 310 area code number and *********** and email the .net email contact in CA. I get a text from ***** about 20 minutes telling me I'm banned and she refunding it all and keeping the rest claiming that another employee heard Me. But I wasn't even there ask them for their video inside and outside and an assumption as no one else besides the two women who came in after ****** and her niece came in and never were they rude to him he was rude and yelling and making false accusations trying to get into ****** and I phone conversation. Check the store video as ****** was on the phone with Me well before going into the Walnut location.
