    THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS their customer service is horrible i purchased 2 NOT 1 but 2 sectionals from here and when we picked them up we handed them our receipt to them and a young guy who seemed to be under the influence of marijuana not only took out but also loaded up our merchandise in a u-haul which were two boxes when we asked him if he was sure that was all he agreed. when we get home and start unloading and building it we notice that were missing one sectional so we call the store first we had to call about 6 times for someone to answer us, we explained the situation and the lady off the bat was extremely rude making sarcastic comments about why didnt we notice there was only one when we went for them we told her that we had trusted her employee to have taken out both sectionals since we handed them our receipts please keep in mind the receipts were stapled together you couldnt miss that there was two receipts there, at that point we had already returned the u-haul and the locations in our area were closed already, so we asked her if we can pass for them the next day she asked her manager and he said no that we had to go for them that night we explained that we no longer had a form of taking them since the u-haul was already returned and that it wasnt our fault it was there employees fault. they kept saying no and there was never any solution from them until we asked to speak with the owner and he said to go before 10 am to pick it up the next day. it isn't something small that we purchased we spent over $600 for our stuff here and for them to not only be disrespectful to the customer but also offer no solution to the customer when its not the customers fault the issue is happening is absurd horrible horrible experience here very unhappy with my purchase here only reason we still have the sectional is because they dont offer refunds even when its there mistake

    Worst experience ever.. Arelys, store manager is completely unprofessional. The way she spoke to my boyfriend and I was utterly shocking. We went to the bins. Instead of letting us know their policy on how full the baskets can be, she told us she would charge us for 4 baskets instead of 2 since they were a bit fuller. Nothing was falling, and everything was inside basket which we have done before, but this time we got told that we had to put everything nicely into other baskets or she wouldn’t sell it to us. It’s not about the extra charge. It’s how we were spoken to. I’ve never had such an awful experience with someone who is supposedly in charge. I told her I don’t work for her, and there was no need to tell me what I needed to do. She told me either I put into baskets nicely or I could leave. All employees there are scared of her. It’s so sad and honestly I don’t understand how there’s no HR or corporate information. The owners are making a HUGE mistake putting someone like this in charge. Beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. She needs to get fired ASAP. I’m definitely not shopping there again.
