    This company did a very poor job on my sliding glass door.
    I spoke to David, the tech in detail about what I wanted to have done. I needed the door to open and close properly. He said I needed new wheels and a new track. I explained that I wanted the track to be cleaned out and he assured me it would be. It may not look brand new but it would be cleaned out. The tech showed me two set of wheels, and I chose the better quality knowing it was $50 more. Not only did I not see what wheels he put on, he did not show me the parts that were taken off. They (two guys working) bent the door frame taking the door out and did not clean out the track before putting in the new track. Now there is a loose fit to my door and they are not going to fix it. Even after speaking with Ben the supervisor he made no attempt to correct the problems. He did not offer to come out and check the work.

    I recently had a new patio door installed and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! David, the project manager, was incredibly professional and showed great attention to detail.
