    I ordered an item for my boss at the time who was looking for ginger candy. This was January 2021. I haven't worked for this person for a while and I have tried opting out of these emails on and off using their 'Unsubscribe' feature for 4 years now. It didn't bother me for a while since I have a life to live and get a lot of junk email. But once in a while I will take the time to meticulously go through emails where I'm on some kind of list and unsubscribe to each one that doesn't pertain to my life anymore. I've done that multiple times with this company. February 14 2025 I sent an email directly to them to be removed and for anybody to acknowledge that they had received that email. I got no response and instead, today, I got yet another ad. I've asked them directly, again at their "info@" - email address. I'm just tired of this. I'm sure it's a fine company. But it's the principle of the matter. I want off of the emailing list ****.

    I was really disappointed when I received my recent order (Order #*****, placed on Sep 5, 2024). Most of the products I ordered came in much smaller packages than are shown on the website. What I received vs. what is shown online for each product: 1) I ordered one package of Dried Papaya ****** (Low Sugar No Sulfur) that show as 10oz/283g packages on the website, but what I received was a 5oz/142g package (half the size of what I ordered). 2) I ordered 5 packages of Dried Strawberries that were supposed to be 7oz/198g per the website, but the packages I received were only 4.5oz/127g each. 3) I ordered Mango Slices that show they're in an 8oz/226g package, but the ones I received were only 5oz/142g.I reached out to the company directly by email immediately upon receiving my order, hopeful it was an honest mistake and that I was sent the wrong items in error. I tried calling their customer service number repeatedly, but there was never an answer, and no way to leave a message. I received an email back a week later (Sep 19) saying they apologize and hope to resolve the matter. They sent me a 10% off code for my next order and asked me to send photos of what I received. I immediately replied with the requested photos that same day. I have not received a reply, refund, or replacement, as of today, October 22nd. I even checked back in via email on October 1st. Nothing heard from the company.I was deceived and taken advantage of as a customer. A 10% off coupon for a FUTURE order is by no means adequate compensation or resolution for the fact I received at least 35% less product than I ordered and paid for on my PREVIOUS order.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I need further information from the business. Will they send me a prepaid label with tracking to ship back my products? I do not think I should have to pay to ship back products that appear were not sent in good faith. And will I be refunded in full when they receive my items back, i.e. without a deduction for the shipping costs? Why didn't they give me this option over a month ago when I repeatedly emailed their customer service (since there is literally NO other way to contact them? No one answers their phone, no message can be left, and chat isn't an option). Asking me to send food items back nearly 2 months later is ridiculous. Especially when it's obvious this is a mistake on their part. I was not sent what I ordered.

    I also think I am due some acknowledgement from the company that I complied quickly to their requests (sending photos of the items I received that do not match the website descriptions of what I was ordering), but they did not respond to my multiple emails to their customer service. And that it is pretty unreasonable to now be requiring I send products back, nearly two months after I received them, for a refund to be issued. I'm feeling like if I send the items I received back, I'll be out my money, and also now the shipping cost, and what product I did receive. Based on their behavior so far, and now reading other customers' complaints, please understand I am losing faith this company will do the right thing. Many options for what that "right thing" could have been:

    1) Responding to my email with an apology and the offer to send me the correct items once I sent the photos they requested showing I did not receive what I ordered.

    2) Or, issue me a partial refund for the approximate amount of product I ordered but did not receive.

    3) Or, if that's not possible, because they actually don't have the product that matches the description on their website, offer me a prepaid label back when I first contacted them, and upon receiving a return of my products, issue me a full refund.

    It's frustrating to have to escalate this to the BBB to even get a response from the company, and for them to be providing such a paltry response once I did. Terrible business practice.

    I have been seeing the advertisement for this company on ******** for quite some time. I have also previously purchased their products at the kiosk at DIA. I placed an order on 7/23/24 after looking at all the pictures on their website order page. I received my order yesterday and 5 out of the 7 products i ordered are NOT AS ADVERTISED! The pictures of the dried peaches and nectarines show 8 ounces (each). The pictures also show dried fruit that is the color of actual peaches and nectarines, but what i received were BLACK pieces of fruit! Yet the package states 'sulphur dioxide added to preserve color!!, AND i received only 5 ounces of each product!I also ordered dried hibiscus, supposed to be 5 oz. but got 4 oz. and again the picture shows bright burgundy colored dried fruit, with no 'coating'. What i received was grayish colored pieces with a gray substance coating. I ordered TOASTED coconut strips, but received plain white coconut strips! Lastly, i ordered dried pineapple rings, 9 oz. shown but i received 5 oz.i have attempted to call the number provided at least 7 times but just get a recording, so i've left 3 messages. i have also sent 2 emails, with not even an acknowledgement. i have clicked on their "HELP? FAQ's page only to have it say 'page cannot be found

    I placed an order on Nov 7th, 2023 for seven 1lb bags of sugar-free gummy bears for a total of $59.44 (I received a ten dollar discount.) The order number is #*****.The website description states that these gummy bears are sugar-free, and lists Maltitol and Aspartame as non-sugar sweeteners. I am diabetic, so it's important to me that the gummy bears are sugar-free. However when I received the gummy bears, the labeling shows that there is 19g of sugar per serving, and lists corn syrup as the first ingredient. I cannot eat them due to the sugar content. I immediately sent an email to the business on Nov 18th, 2023 about this issue, asking if I had received an incorrect batch. I sent a follow-up email on Dec 2nd, 2023. I have not received a response as of Jan 8, 2024.I have attached my order receipt, screenshots from the website, and photos of the order I received for proof. At this point, I would like a refund.

    As I mentioned in the original complaint and as you can see attached here, I sent two emails to the business, two very polite, friendly emails, stating my issue with receiving the wrong product. The business did not respond to me for two months. How could I return the product if you won't respond to me? 

    Given the lack of response, I don't think it is my responsibility at this time to return the product. I also don't appreciate that the business is not acknowledging the false advertising on their website saying sugar-free when the items I received have sugar in them. However, as a gesture of good faith, I am willing to return the unopened bags (one of the bags is open) for a full refund plus cost of shipping.

    I placed an order for products on their site on May 30, 2023. They separated my order into 3 shipments. I got the first one. The second one says delivered but it was not at my house. The third part has still not shipped. I contacted them repeatedly via their email, phone number and ******** page but no one has ever answered the phone, responded to my messages. or emailed me back. I want to be reimbursed or have them ship my two remaining items that never arrived.     I am rejecting this response because: my initial order was split into 3 deliveries. I received the first delivery. The second delivery, of the tangerine wedges, shows as delivered BUT THEY WERE NOT ON MY PORCH AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM, DESPITE WHAT THE DELIVERY ** reported. Items are not stolen from my porch, so I don't know what happened. Other companies have replaced the missing delivery when this has happened. The last item, pears, have now been pending for 6 months. I have not received a single response from your company despite multiple attempts to communicate across multiple platforms, multiple times, until now. That's a really inferior way to do business and had customer service. I'm a huge fan of your products, so it's been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. And you've lost a customer who would have been loyal for years worth repeat orders. I would like all the products I ordered from you to be replaced/sent. Thank you.

    if the first delivery was delivered then the 2nd one was delivered as well to the same address. It not in our control to verify there is a person in the house on the time of delivery.

    we will gladly refund money on the pears however the other items were sent in a timely manner and were received. We didnt get any return package.

    please Ask from the customer to remove the complaint so we can issue the refund.

    Back in June,(6/14/23) I preordered glazed orange slices. I paid through PayPal. I can see from their website that they have been in stock, but they have not sent them to me. I have emailed, called and left voicemails and emailed through their website. No response, no nothing. Its sad.

    On May 12, I placed an order, #***** with Bee Fruity and Nutty, but only 1/3 of the order was ever received. We are still waiting for the balance. The order was a gift for my daughter and contained the following:******************* x 1 $ **** Tangerine wedges x 1 $ **** Goji ***** x 1 $ **** Passion fruits x 3 $29.97 After discount, including shipping of $10.48, the total was $58.87.On May 14, the ginger and tangerine were shipped and were delivered on May 17. I was told that the passion fruit was backordered and would ship in 4 to 6 weeks. On their website, the order status says the passion fruit is preparing for shipping and that the goji ***** is confirmed and that they are getting it ready. Neither was ever shipped.On June 29, I checked with my daughter who confirmed that the balance of the order had never arrived so I emailed the company to request an update on the status of this order. I received no response. In the last month I have sent multiple emails, I have left multiple messages on their phone because no live person ever answers, and I have sent multiple messages from the get in touch page on their website. No one has ever contacted me, by email or phone. I also checked my junk email box just in case, but there was nothing there.It is now almost twelve weeks since I placed the order and I have heard nothing. The company is apparently unwilling to talk to me. The order status has not been updated nor has it been canceled. I know they have read my messages because prior to July, their promotional mailings, sent to my email were addressed to my daughter, whose name was on the shipping address of the order. The original billing name on the order was my husbands name. As of July 12, the emails started using my name. So except for putting my name on the promotional emails, they have chosen to ignore my request for help.I would prefer to have them deliver the goods I ordered, but if they are unable to do that, then I would like a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The business had more than eight weeks to reship the order, they did not do so and never contacted me before I submitted this complaint.

    There was absolutely no response from the listed telephone, email or any of the social media accounts for the business, all the while I have been barraged with promotional emails. this is unacceptable and I believe they have other customers being treated like this.

    If the company genuinely wishes to reship the order, I want to see a tracking number sent, with BBB copied.

    Otherwise, process a refund for the undelivered merchandise immediately.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    as your coworker mentioned, the order, 20399, was split into two shipments, this tracking number is the package I received  

    the package I did not receive is under USPS 420852489305510944101948824360

    Tracking says this package was returned to ****** for improper address. I attempted to contact you multiple times about this over email, telephone and social media, all were ignored

    i would happily accept the goods if you are able to reship them

    we never got the products back , it says it is still at ******** ** based on our records however we issued a refund on the portion you are stating that was not received.

    in the future, it would be helpful to proactively contact your customers about shipping issues.

    could you please verify if the email and telephone on your website is correct? Nobody seems to be monitoring the email and the telephone always rings out to a private voicemail, no mention of the company at all
