    Date of Transaction: October 7th 2022 Amount of money paid the business : $60.29 order number: ***** tracking number for partial of the order is: ****************************** I've ordered 7 items from the company, after two weeks of not hearing from them. I've emailed them and didn't hear anything back but just a tracking of a package the next few days. Within a week I received my package of partial of the order, not all. I've reach out again this week to asked about the rest of the order and of course , I have not heard of anything back. Whether it is coming or not. Customer Service is none-existing. Also the credit card I've used to order is cancelled and would like a refund to another card.

    The customer ordered from our company several items , we ship her order partially fulfill as we ran out of the chili tamarind items she ordered. 
    as we are selling dry fruits sometimes we running out and customers can pre order the item .

    once the item is back in stock we will ship it to the customer obviously as they paid for it.

    ********* was not patient and we are willing to refund the order and the chili tamarind she did not get yet . 
    by the way we have over 23 customers waiting for that item that is projected to be back 2nd week of December.

    here is a proof of tracking from **** that she did get all the items we had in stock and ********** to her in timely manner ;

    I ordered items from this website (Dried fruit) After I checked out I noticed it was going to a different person and a different address. I immediately sent an email to the company and tried to call them and received a voicemail so I left a message. The next day I received no response but I did receive a tracking number. I again sent an email and called them and received a voicemail and left another message. They have yet to respond. I want a full refund and I will never order from this Business again due to their non existent customer service, and absolute horrible way of how they conduct business.
