    8/12/2024 Paid $202.71 Rental from 11/12 4 pm to 11/15 9 am WHILL - Model Ci2 - Right-hand control Equipment Protection Plan Plus - Motorized Cancellation Plus - Land Promotion Discount Scooter delivered to hotel and I picked it up from bell op upon my arrival around 3:45 pm. Battery showed 20% available so unable to use that evening. Plugged it in to charge at 8 am on 11/13 by noon still low battery. Contacted corporate they contacted ************ who said they could not exchange till 4 pm that day. Had reservations for dinner and show tickets so I had to rush back to hotel and push it to bell op for pickup. Because of all the issues I had to hire a shuttle service to get me around the strip. Now they are charging me for 7117 1 ****** $ ****** WHILL - Model C2 - Right-hand control, 18"Up to 300 lbs.7040 1 ***** $ ***** Equipment Protection Plan Plus - Motorized Cover damage, loss, and theft Cancellation Plus - Land 7124 1 ***** $ ***** Shortened rental Fee 7104 1 ***** $ ***** Subtotal: $ ****** Tax: $ ***** Total: $ ****** I do not believe I should pay for any of these when the equipment was faulty and they did not meet their part of the contract. Plus I did not sign this second contract with them nor did I agree to this second agreement. I should be reimbursed in fulls the $202.71 not the difference between the 2.
