    Booked a scooter but had to cancel due to the fact surgery was needed. Which meant going on the trip was not going to happen. Sent all medical document in to company but would only give partial refund due to the fact we did not take a cancellation policy. Booked scooter on Feb 10. Cancelled March 3rd. Trip was not til May. It wasn’t like we decided not to use them for some other reason. Their policy should state if you have a medical issue and documentation from your doctor you could get a full refund. And we did have this documentation. We would have used them at a future date if we got the full refund. Paid $270 dollars which included a damage deposit we took for $40. Only received $160 back. It’s a shame that a company did this. I would not recommend them. Customer service is not helpful when you ask for a manager or supervisor. They put you on hold and then say supervisor or manager on another line. Then after waiting further they come back and say they all went to a meeting. Really? Keeping $150 of the $270 we paid is a very steep price for a large company to keep. Especially when a trip is a long way off from the booking of a scooter. I even asked for a credit on the $150 for a future use. But they said no. As a senior citizen we are very disappointed. We would not recommend them for a rental.
