    paid over **** dollars for a piece of equipment that doesn't work properly. Manufacturer knows their is a issue. doesn't answer their phone and strung along customers past stated return policy. now company is tossing all sorts of hoops to avoid replacing item under their warranty when wanted to return item in first place. please call the Companys number to see their mailboxes have been full since who knows. there is even a ************** dedicated to their poor customer service.

    Order Date: 02/24/23 Item Purchased: Battery Unit bundle/ AC500 Purchase Amount: $11,335.64 Order Number: US63930 Received the AC500 and it does not work. The unit and the screen is not turning on. Emailed and called several times to the customer contact number ***************) and no one answers. Also, the voicemail is full and I can not leave a message. The voicemail is alarming to me as a customer because it states due to the high call volume they are unbale to answer my call. They must have a lot of complaints and other customer service issues. As a customer I am unable to professionally resolve this problem because they are unreachable. I want a full refund and I'll send the battery and the solar power units back. I feel scammed out of $11,335.64. They received my money yet they wont receive my phone call. After I realized that this company is not responding I looked them up and there are several other complaints of them at both of there business locations. I have sent them an email informing them of there defective AC500 and I requested a full refund and I hope they will get back to me so I can get my money back. Customers should be warned of there unresponsive customer service contact number. I have the message recorded to prove their voicemail is full and can not leave messages. I tried to attach that to send it to you but its not letting me attach an audio file.

    On 1/12/23 at 10:18pm, I purchased one BLUETTI AC200P Portable Power Station | 2000W 2000Wh, totaling $1,439.84 for my work camper. I realized I didnt have enough solar power to charge this generator, and emailed the company again on 1/12/23 at 11:31pm letting them know I needed to cancel. I was able to reach someone by phone the next ************* confirmed cancellation of my order and my refund via an email at 11:03am. On 1/13/23 at 6:37pm an email was sent to me confirming shipment of the order. Over several days, e-mail was exchanged with a Bluetti representative stating that prior to my cancellation the item had already been shipped & was not marked in their system. The rep said they would try to intercept the package en route but if unsuccessful then I could track the package after I sent it back & request my refund once the package had been returned. The company said they could see it was delivered to me and would provide an RMA label, but only after me sending photo proof the product was packed properly for shipping. On 2/1/23 I provided such pictures, showing the product has never been removed from the original packaging. I have not received any communication from the company since. I have called the phone number on their website at least 7 times during the listed business hours. No one ever answers. They give the option to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox is full. I am concerned this company does not want to refund my money! I should not have had to jump through hoops to get my money back when it was their company that had lack of internal communication. The company goes days between any kind of correspondence & has been very very disappointing to work with!

    Bluetti advertised a sale on their EP 500 with free shipping. I paid with a credit card and aa week later they said it would be an additional $400 for shipping to a remote location (***** on the Interstate?). This is false advertising. There was no mention of any additional charges for shipping.

    Bluetti.ca has a published policy of offering a 30 day price guarantee on their website. 30 Days Price Match Guarantee BLUETTI guarantees that we will refund you the difference if you find a lower price from us within 30 days of your purchase.I purchased a power station under order number ORDER #BLUETTIPOWER-CA4978 on January 5th of this year for ****** plus taxes. Currently the unit is advertised online for ****** ***************************************************************************************************************************** I phoned the US office and received a phone call confirming "expediting" the process. However even the US office said that there was no way to call the ******** office about the credit as they don't have the ****** office phone number either! There is no means to contact Bluetti ****** other than the online form, which I have filled out. My ask is simple. They advertise a 30 price match. Please assist in getting my ***** plus tax refund.

    In April 2021 I bought a solar generator from bluetti. It had a 2 year warranty with it. Upon receiving the product I found out it was defective. I contacted the company multiple times to get them to replace it but got the runaround every single time. Finally I stopped calling. I now own an expensive piece of junk

    I ordered a blue ***** EB 55 Power Station order number ** ***** on or about 9-14-22. The unit does not work. I have a short. that is what it says. Paid 400. Us dollars.I have emailed the company I have tried to phone call the company. Im getting no response.

    I need the tracking number for the items , so that I can pick them up from the *** store... I had no response from the company regarding the tracking number.. if I can't get the tracking number , I would like a refund please...

    Greetings, I purchased a solar generator and battery backup system from Bluetti on 7/25/22 for $ *******. Final delivery was on 7/28/22. I assembled the unit on around 8/6/22 and tested the charging system which worked fine. A few weeks later I assembled the unit on a dedicated shelf and attempted to use the inverter which failed upon use. The screen went totally dark and the unit would not turn on despite many attempts. I started calling Bluetti around the middle of September when I had an open time window and figured they could just repair my unit or send me a new one. I made many many calls to them and was never able to either speak to a person or leave a voicemail. Each call was greeting with an recorded message apologizing for how busy they were and directed caller to leave a voice message. Problem was the mailbox was always full. I figured if I kept calling I would eventually get a hold of a person or be able to leave a message to start the process. This was an incorrect assumption so I finally decided to attempt to contact service via email on 10/23. Finally heard back from them on 10/21/22 after sending 3 emails and promptly responded to their request for further information. Heard back again from them on 11/8/22 which asked for most of the information I had already answered to which I again responded. Never herd back from them again after that. After doing a bit of research I discovered they had many complaints of basically a complete lack of service and many defective products. Doesnt stop them from updating their ******* site and sending me promotional emails. Seems like fraud at this point and I worry they will go out of business. Thanks for your help

    I purchased a solar generator from Bluetti and it quit working with a calibration error. I have requested a warranty repair or replacement and the customer service is absolutely terrible I am requesting my money back from the purchase of the solar generator I cannot get any response from the company.
