    I bought a solar generator ep500 through indiegogo on November 13 2021 I received it in January 2022 the screen stoped working a month ago , contacted bluetti and provided pictures and videos , I was asked to send the unit back and they received it October 13 2022 I was provided a RMA number BPEP500202210040001 I keep sending emails requesting information when my replacement should arrive I was told the request was expedited but I have not heard anything Can you please help I paid $3,200 for this unit.     I purchased a large bundle of solar equipment for about $25k. Most of it was delivered in March but I was asked to wait until April for the PO30A cable that connects the batteries together. April came and went and I have contacted them numerous times with absolutely no response. It is now September and I don't know what else to do. They completely ignore me. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

    Ordered on July 31, 2021 Order# ***-0164819-7653055 BLUETTI EB240 Portable Power Station 2400Wh with 2pcs SP200 Solar Panel 200W, Lithium Backup Battery Solar Generator for Home RV Emergency, 1000W AC Outlet , MPPT, Foldable Solar Panel Bundle, **************** Power Alternative Sold by: Maxoak Direct $2,399.00 I first contacted them by phone july 3rd where i left a message. i emailed them on july 8, july 19, july 21, aug 1, aug 4, aug 19, aug 21, sept 2. i have been emailing two separate email addresses listed for the same company. i had one reply asking for the invoice which i immediately sent them a copy of and another lady contacted me after i did a poor review on amazon for their product, she did tell me someone would contact me but that did not happen. My power storage unit loses power while turned off while nothing is attached at a rate of about one bar per week. one of the 2 solar panels no longer transfers power down the line, i checked with a circuit tester. I contacted them before the year was up from purchase so i would appreciate them to be repaired or replaced or even refunded.

    A purchase was made online for a portable power station and solar panel. The cost was approximately $1000.00. ORDER BLUETTI-*******. The items were returned unopened with verified FedEx tracking numbers ************ and ************. I have not received a refund. Multiple attempts to contact the company via email and customer service phone have proved unsuccessful. Hundreds of similar experiences are posted online and on the company's website.

    Bought a Bluetti ec3a solar generator about 4 weeks ago. It was delivered by UPS on 7/6/22. The unit w2ould charge but would not supply any ac output. I tried to fully charge the unit but there was still no ac output. Even in the ups mode when connected, there was no ac output. The unit is defective. I have called the customer service many times since 7/7/22. I always got the same response saying that all their reps are busy. Please leave a message. They have several different departments but they all had the same message. There was one that said that if it was an emergency please call a number that was provide, the message was the same. I have tried many e-mails but the response was that they could not accept an from firefo0x. I have tried from two different computers. I AM UNABLE T0 REACH THIS COMPANY. Please assist me to get this problem solved. When I ordered From them, I thought that they were a reputable company, but now I HAVE NY DOTS.
