      This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I can’t post without giving 1. They should be shut down for fraud. They sold my father who has Parkinson’s a mobility scooter with 5 year warranty but the company is intentionally not honoring the warranty. I have tried calling their number countless times but no one ever answers or bothers to call back I received a text requesting information and documents which I provided including photos and video and the only thing I received in response were an email confirming the scooter was under warranty which already knew because we have the receipt but repeated requests to get an address where we could get the scooter repair how to get a replacement scooter if it couldn’t be fixed but all I get is thank you for your patience we will get back to you. My first text to them was April 15 and it is now June 12— it is pretty damn obvious that they have no onto of doing anything to get my fathers scooter fixed because no legitimate business takes 2 months to not give any answers or solutions and has responded to my last texts sent almost 2 weeks ago. DON’T SHOP HERE! I am going to pursue other legal and regulatory avenues.

      I would leave this business zero stars if that was an option. They're similar to used car salesmen..., promising good deals on the surface, but in the end you've paid much more than the product is actually worth. And have I mentioned the customer service? Good luck getting someone who is attentive and actually cares about solving your issues when you have one. They are a scam company. I was promised two items shipped if I purchased a set of headphones, which I told the salesman I didn't really need. He offered the two speakers I wanted for a fair enough price if Ibought the headphones. I wasn't able to take the speakers with me at the time, so he offered to have them shipped. When I finally received the shipment, there was only one speaker and not any of the ones I wanted. Getting someone to reply to my numerous phone calls, emails and text messages was almost impossible. In the end, they refused to acknowledge there was an issue with the transaction. Buyer beware. If you want an honest transaction when making a purchase, look on ****** or *******. Even **** is more reputable.

      All products purchased were defective and the company did nothing to resolve my issue. Merchandise was returned and I'm looking for my refund.
