    This store sold fake ******* to my 2 nephews for a $130 . On July 13, 2022 my nephew informed us "the adults" that he purchased some ******* for me to look at them. On examining I did not see any branding I asked him where was his Box he stated that they threw away the Box and they didn't want to give it to him all they gave him was the charging Box a cord and that was it. I told him that those were not ******* and he said that that's what they kept telling him they were. We then went to Colton electronics about 45min after the initial purchase at the ********. my nephew and I started talking to the manager about his purchase I told him that they were not ******* ******* they were unbranded, cheap and that price was very steep He then said that he could not do a refund or anything but an exchange And with the old ones of the exchange he would have to throw those in the trash I then stated how can you throw a $130 product in the trash like that. Going back in fourth he then called security I showed security my receipt explained the story and situation and they said they could not do anything about it I then said who can I contact he said the Better Business Bureau. Please stop the cons, scammers. It was a hard lesson to be learned for my nephew but still I do not think that is a lesson that should be learned where people rip off young children they are barely starting in this world to be taught lessons like that

Regarding the set of earphones, bought from our store, they may look like apple products, but we have confidence that our representative could not have said that they were *****. Our boxes do not show the ***** name anywhere, and even in your receipt you can see that they are marked as EarPods. As stated in our receipts we do not offer refunds, and only exchanges within 14 days of purchase. However, we would like to help you with this matter. Our customer service department has contacted the customer via text message on 7/22/2022 in order to process a refund for the purchased item. We need additional information in order to process the refund, but we have not received a response. Please contact us back contact our Customer Service Department at ***************@gmail.com. Or call us at **************. We are happy to work with our customers to make sure they are satisfied.
