      I visited wally wombats on February 9th at 12:20pm, with my nephew. To pay I gave the cashier $100 bill she broke it down and gave me back change. All $20's. That was the only money in my wallet. I purchased snacks and a beverage for my nephew. We played for about an hour and I left. The remaining $60 from the broken $100 that I received from wally wombats was the only remaining money in my wallet. The next day, I go to spend $20 and realize it's counterfeit. I immediately called wally wombats on rainbow to tell them the issue, ****** stated he would call me the next day, I never received a call. I called back the following Monday . ****** stated he would call me on Wednesday. I get a call on Tuesday from wally wombats informing me that "we don't do buy backs" I don't need s buy back they gave me fake money which is illegal and has my lively hood in jeopardy. ****** stated he would call me back on Wednesday. I never received a call, I called on Thursday and was only able to leave a message. I received a call from ****** today saying they can't do anything about the counterfeit money.

      My son was seen at Wally Wombats / Spot 4 Tots / **************** LLC at **************************************************************** for physical therapy, billed to our insurance under ******************************-Semana. He received an initial evaluation and 8 follow-up sessions. The front desk staff at this office repeatedly required that we pay $55 per session for my son's physical therapy; refused to listen/believe that this was a higher amount than any amount required by our plan for any outpatient service; and would not let my son see the provider without us making payment. Sometimes the payment was billed to our debit card automatically without our consent. Although we were consistently overcharged, the patient responsibility under our insurance was only $35 for the initial and $7 for followups. I requested a billing review/audit from billing manager ************************************* on 6/5/23. On 6/7 she reported that we have an account credit of $205 and stated she would apply the balance to future visits. We already planned to no longer see this office, so I requested a refund check on 7/6, and again on 9/7. ********* stated that the check would be sent but it never was. I have attached a record of payments to this provider as they show in our bank account as well as an example explanation of benefits. I believe our account balance to be $239 in overpayments, based on patient responsibility for our first visit being $35 and it being $7 for 8 subsequent visits. I do not believe it is fair for a consumer to bear the brunt of a provider's poor accounting practices, poor training of front desk staff, and poor accountability and follow-through by office staff. Our family has provided this office with a loan of $239 for the past 4-6 months. I would request repayment of the overpayments, along with 12% interest, totaling $267.68.

      Employee sprayed unknown substance on my leg while cleaning the floor. It was in a clear plastic spray bottle with no labeling. It started to burn and sting on my leg. When I told another employee he said watch my attitude or I will be kicked out. The first employee was a young blonde haired male. The second employee that threatened to kick me out was *****.

      Thanks for the follow-up to this complaint.  I have been on vacation and just returned to my office.

      The customer *************************** did visit ********************** in July and from arrival had a bad attitude and arguments with the staff. She started the process with our manager on duty, *****, by ordering her drinks then moving to ******** at the reception desk to leave her shoes for check into the playground.  The argument here was over having to purchase socks for the playground rule of no shoes allowed (See her purple Wally Wombats socks in the image).  Comments from staff were that she expected her tip in the caf area should cover the sock for free.

      Several of our regular morning parents reported ****************** continued to make a scene inside the playground.  The playground monitor on duty was cleaning up a drink spill at the entrance to the playground between the dining area.  They use ******** Sanitizer water in a bucket and spray bottle to clean the tables.  It was reported that ****************** had put her leg out into the area being cleaned when the attendant sprayed and mopped to clean up the spill and then started making loud accusations within the playground.  ***** was called to attend to the situation and assured ****************** that the spray bottle and mop just contained Sanitizer water. She continued being loud with ***** and he reportedly asked her to leave the facility.

      Ms. ******* followed up her visit with a 1 star review on Yelp and more detail of her experience than in the complaint to your BBB. Fortunately people reading these reviews are not put off by a ranting customer when the overall impression of the reviews are so positive.

      I am rejecting this response because: that is not what occurred I was very nice and hospitable like I always had been when I had purchased several visits for my granddaughters and have been there several times ***** told me I had to check in first with him and then I had to go check in at another place so me going over there and complaining about buying socks and my tip with ***** at the meal counter did not occur so the lies that he spouted from his illiterate and incompetent employees was fabricated I was sprayed with the chemical that was told that it was none of my business and I was not I didn't have to be told to find out what it was that was sprayed on my leg in the meantime that is a lie that other customers complained when they were surprised what how ***** was acting and the business lied they have had many complaints before if you go on the Yelp reviews you will see all the complaints that they've had they are incompetent company and the way their managers handle things and they also use special needs people that don't know what to do when they spray a chemical on a person ***** never asked me to leave he threatened to kick me out if I made any more complaints especially with somebody spraying chemicals on me that is what happened he lied he didn't know that his customers are sick of this the way they handle their business his employees and managers lie and they get away with it I took pictures of the area and that's what happened and I asked for it to be watched on the surveillance camera and obviously all he did was take people's word that didn't want to lose their jobs.
