      I purchased a 10 visit pass, and use 6 of them. When we went back in to use the next one, they claimed they couldn’t find our purchased passes. The manager came over and found them. She told us she loved the passes to the new system. We just went back and they once again told us they couldn’t find our purchased passes. This time the manager on duty was of no help. She told me there are a lot of scams out there, and the only way she could help me with if I could produce the receipt or go back into my charge statements from over a year ago and find when I purchased it. Although I can do that, it would take me a very long time because I don’t remember which of my credit cards I used to purchase the pass. Furthermore, once I find the charge, what will that prove other than that I purchased 10 passes? It won’t prove when I used any of them, and how many I have left. Buyer beware. Do not trust them!
