I had a debt ***************** called me today stating that I had defaulted on a loan with A company called personal cash u s a corporation. They're saying that I took out a payday loan for over five hundred dollars and at a default it 1/25/2016. They also stated that they've sent me numerous letters. However, I have not received a single letter from them. The collection agency that called in their behalf cannot provide me a date when the loan was taken out. Only don't need a default date. They're making threats that if I don't pay , I hope my wages will be gornished and it will be over two thousand dollars in court Cost. I It ought that i've never received any kind of documentation from them no nothing. I believe that there is fraudulent loan company. I really think something should be done about the way they harass people. And if I do have a loan with them. Why can't they provide me with more information? As to when I took this loan out. I don't I do know for a fact that I do not do payday loans. This so-called collection company that they're using is trying to get me to pay almost $900 to Settle the bill.That I didn't even know that I owed which I do not owe.Initial Complaint

I keep getting threatening phone call from ***, saying I defaulted on a payday loan from "CASH WEB ***". I have never taken any kind of "payday" loan or personal loan in my life. I JUST heard again from ************. Insisting I took out a payday loan in 2018, under my previous name ***************************, (I remarried in May of 2014 they don't seem to have this information although they DO have the last 4 of my SS#). Again although I have not held a job since 2005. Today I was first told that it was impossible to give me documentation. Then he said it would 5-21 business days with late fees accruing. I told him they can add anything they want as I HAVE NEVER taken out a payday loan from CASH *** or any type of other personal loan.

My family started receiving threatening phone calls from a private carrier to serve me with legal papers for CASHUSA. Then we all started receiving phone calls from a company named United Firm. I was told I had received a loan with the intent to not pay it back. The company thats listed as a workplace, was incorrect and the address I hadnt lived at in 2 years. I had already moved to another state. I am still receiving calls saying they are coming to serve me at my place of employment and my home because I am trying to avoid them. I HAVE NO CLUE WHO THEY ARE. They wont give out names, and the private carrier phone ************ is through a phone company bandwidth.com. I received a message stating that I will receive legal papers from an independent courier on today, Oct.30, 2023 from a filing company, which turned out to be Cash USA . I have never received a loan from them and I did NOT have an account with the banks that they stated. The reference number was D55386B or something of that nature and they had a loan amount in the $800s from 2010, 2015 and 2017. I need my information removed from their records and this fake debt! I know nothing about this and have never applied for anything from Cash USA nor do I know of the bank they speak of! Thank YouBusiness Response

I filled out all of the options for this website, including personal SSN, ID number and routing/bank info. I finished all of this and got brought to random websites after the completion. I am requesting any information, or account setup to be removed and all information removed from any affiliates or marketing. This is misleading and there is no actual offer done via the website nor any lenders proposed at the end of the process. The sites in question are:topfiveoffers.com and www.my411.com This site appears to be a data collection scam which consumes for the sole purpose of affiliates receiving the information as many have shared online previously.Initial Complaint
