If they don't offer loans then why are they taking peoples information, to sell it. smh... I have not applied for any loans an have a bankruptcy on my credit so no one should be reaching out to me by any means. they call an wont tell me any information as to if I owe money and that's why. however soon as I ask for they information they *** can you please remove whatever information of mine you have if its not a bill, if its a bill then say it send it something. all my bills have been notified, so contacting me after the filing of a bankruptcy is a $1000.00 fine each time so far there has been 3 contacts via phone an today a letter is coming in the mail. makes 4 contacts after being provided the bankruptcy information.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clear up any confusion associated with CashUSA.com. To start with, we'd like to make it clear that CashUSA is not a lender or a loan broker. We do not extend credit, and we certainly do not collect outstanding debts on behalf of any of the lenders in our network. CashUSA is an advertising network, so we simply operate as an advertiser in the consumer finance space.

Unfortunately, this appears to be just another example of one of the many loan collection scams that we see in the online consumer finance space. These scammers will often use the name of a reputable brand to scam innocent consumers out of their hard-earned money.
As a precaution, we have removed all of your information and flagged it with a fraud flag to ensure that your information will not be processed in the future by other networks or buyers. I received a voicemail from an unknown caller instructing me to call ************** and give a reference number. They refused to give me the address of their business when I asked but they called themselves ******************. They stated that they have a pending action against me on the behalf of CashUSA. I have never had a loan with CashUSA and I did not have a bank account with **** of America in the time frame they stated the funds were deposited. They didn't give me any other information and I disputed the debt because it is not mine.

This company does not offer loans. They are a loan network. This information is not made abundantly clear until after personal information is submitted. I would like any and all of my personal information removed from this company's records and the record of their affiliates. I would like the spam email from all partners to stop.
