    I confirmed their estimated delivery date was accurate prior to purchasing that I would need an item in 5 weeks as I was moving internationally and if I did not they would be able to cancel and refund my money. Steer clear of Valyou as their refund process is atrocious and if you are waiting on a refund, probably better to file a dispute right away as they will string you along for months.

    Long story short, after cancelling my order early May, they still have not refunded my money 3 months later and blamed error on their refund platform and "encouraged me to file a dispute with your bank for immediate resolution." I just filed a dispute with credit card company.

    Long story, when repeatedly calling to ask if my order would be delivered as estimated and then when that passed ** it would be delivered prior to my move, they continued to say to give them a few more days for an update and asked me to not cancel the order. When the move date approached and they gave me a delivery date after my move date, I proceeded to cancel the order early May. I was informed that I would get an update around 5/20 saying it was cancelled. On 5/19, I got an email saying my money would be refunded in 7-14 business days. After 14 bus. days , I had not received my refund. They said would escalate to finance team and to follow up in 3 days, which I did on June 21 after still no refund. They said it was escalated to supervisor and would be refunded in 2-3 days. On June 25, received a notification that I had been refunded. I did not check immediately to confirm and reached back out on July 6 to let them know I had not been refunded. They then asked me for my PayPal account to link to refund. And said they needed 1-2 business days. I kept checking and never received a refund. Reached back out on July 27 when they instructed me to file a dispute with my bank. After a disgruntled email, they said they were looking into other ways to process my refund and would I consider a gift card.

    Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Pretty sure they just used all the money from the sectional orders to float the business this last year and didn't have any inventory. We made our order in Jan. 2020 and did a 2nd order in Feb. 2022 because we were foolish enough to believe the email we received. They took down the original customer number so you couldn't call anymore. We were finally told on Jun 18th that the covers we ordered will never be in stock ( we had to ask directly) Asked for a refund on Jun 20th, today is July 27th and nothing. I called last week to check (new number) and all they could tell me is that someone would be in touch. Unfortunately, I can't trust a word they say now. It's not the poor customer service reps fault, this comes from the owners and management. DO THE RIGHT THING and BE HONEST

    I purchased the 3 seater Feathers Sofa on January 3, 2022. The estimated shipping date was February 15th. They then pushed the delivery date back to the beginning of March. Then pushed back again to the end of March and so on and so forth. After 6 months of "rest assured our team is working hard to deliver your sofa" I got a shipping confirmation. They had my sofa at the warehouse June 30th. The shipping company then told me they couldn't deliver the sofa until July 22nd because they're backed up. My sofa was finally delivered on July 22nd and they sent me two left sides of the sofa. Now I'm right back in the "rest assured" nonsense. They asked me to send them a picture of the sofa they sent me. Which I did immediately. I was told it would take 2-4 business days for them to process the return and have someone get in contact with me about scheduling a pick up date. 2 business days go by and they need another photo because the corner of the sofa was missing from the photo. The two sides of the sofa are facing the same direction...what more proof does anyone need? Now I'm going to have to wait ANOTHER 2-4 business days for someone to process this return. So now because I know the shipping company is backed up, I will have to wait another 3 weeks for a shipping date. I've never purchased from a company with so many issues. I do feel bad for the customer service representatives for having to deal with such a poorly managed company. However, the company should be more upfront and honest with its customers and not give fake delivery dates. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I placed my order on Nov 27th of 2021 for my Beige 142 inch left Facing Feathers Sectional.

    I waited patiently for 7 months for a delivery date.

    On June 18th of this year, I finally officially requested the cancellation but did not get confirmation from your team until June 20th.

    I followed up regarding our refund on July 14th of this year (3 and a half weeks later) since we have not heard any updates regarding getting our credit back into our account.

    On July 15, it was confirmed that our refund has not been processed so I inquired if our original order is now in stock, if so then we can rescind the cancellation request since it HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED yet.

    I am not sure what window is being referred to as being too long. The window that was too long is from the time I placed my order on November 27th, 2021 and up until today July 26th of 2022 with no product and no credit back to my card. In fact you have held my money for 8 months with no guarantee of when we will get our couch or money back.

    I respectfully ask that this be resolved ASAP.

    As 7/26/2022 The Feather Sectional is still available for purchase with an estimated delivery date of 8/10/2022 when an order from 11/2022 cannot even be fulfilled.

    We hate that the sectional was canceled due to delays with shipment. Upon checking, the refund has been processed but we received a declined message as PayPal is unable to open tickets for transactions that are outside 180 days from the date of purchase. Our records show that we have initiated a request to refund the canceled item via check and a manager has been in touch to have this expedited. We will work with you until this case is resolved. Please advise if there's anything else we can help you with.

    I bought my couch on March 17th an in the Email I was told I should receive my couch by Matt 30th. may 30th came an went an still no couch received. I reached out asking about my order to be told that, they over sold on the couch and the factory couldn't keep on the demand an that I should receive it soon and that they could not give me an exact date cause couches are being shipped daily and that my couch would be coming an I should be getting a text soon that it'll be ready and that they would give me 3-4 day notice before it ships. After another 4 weeks I still hadn't received a text or call. After calling once again to check the status I was told yet once again they have no date set yet for my couch to be sent. After waiting for this couch for 4 months me an my husband went to Ashley furniture to find a different couch. After getting a couch threw them I reached out to ValYou furniture to cancel the order to be told I couldn't cause it was now all of a sudden being shipped an being delivered the next day. I told them I no longer wanted the couch and wanted the refund after being told time an time again I could cancel anytime. After telling them what there doing is illegal they said they could refund me but I would be charged a fee. I demanded I spoke to a Manger by the name of KC I was told I would be able to get my refund an would have it in 3-5 days. 3 days went by and to hear from KC saying they can't refund my original card that I could get it threw PayPal and would have it the fastest way possible. After another full week an no refund I called back to be told that I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and could no longer get the refund via PayPal. this compony is a scam and steals people money. I will be looking for an attorney to sue ValYou and I want them canceled and shut down. what they are doing is illegal an not right

    I placed an order on January 1st of 2022 for a beige feathers sectional. I immediately called and requested it be changed to a grey feathers sectional. After several days, the order was corrected. Periodically, throughout the next six months, I would receive notifications via e-mail that my order was corrected and it would be rescheduled for delivery at another time. Eventually, I lost trust and patience with this business. On June 16th, 2022, I cancelled my order after speaking to gentleman by the name of "Michael" of Valyou Furniture. I was informed that it would take 14 business days for the refund to process. It has since been 24 business days and I have not received a refund for my transaction.
