    SCAM! I ordered a couch December 2021 and received at least 4 delivery dates that came and went with no delivery.
    I finally cancelled my order the end of July 2022. At that time, their cancellation policy stated I could receive a full refund at anytime before the item shipped. They said the refund would be 7-14 business to process. That time came and went also. They claimed they had issues with new processing software that caused the delay. After talking to several people and waiting about a month for my refund they said it was something wrong with my credit card (not possible) and they could send the money TO MY PAYPAL. RED FLAG!!! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

    TL;DR - This is a bad company full of dishonest people. Do not do business with them. We ordered a bed frame from this company because they assured me - by phone, chat, and email, that "barring any significant delays" it would be delivered in about a week. It seemed to good to be true, but heck - they practically guaranteed it through three separate channels. What seems to have actually happened is that they just handed it over to some courier service (despite their website claiming they use all their own trucks) and stopped worrying about it. We actually had to buy a second bed frame since my wife was very pregnant at the time. During this time, they changed their tune from "one week barring any unforeseen delays" to "well it takes at least a week to get out of our warehouse, then two weeks across the country," etc etc which got them to 4 weeks from order to delivery. The furniture arrived after 8 weeks, with no explanation as to what happened. As they took it out of the truck, the box disintegrated and the whole thing slid out onto the driveway. I complained, loudly, about all of this and was offered $100 as a refund (I had asked them to pay for the cheapo bedframe but they refused). It took them over a month to issue it - it's now been a month since then and I still have not received the $. To top it off, the "elevated customer service experience" with a manager has an average response time of TWELVE DAYS. This whole purchase was supposed to be done and dusted in a week. Instead its taken four months, the purchase of an additional piece of equivalent furniture, and way more of my time than I wanted it to. This is a bad company full of dishonest people. Do not do business with them..

    This company is stealing my money and scamming me. My ordered was suppose to be delivered on 7/22/2022 but I only received 1 out of 3 items. I am missing 1/3 of my couch. I call every day and no one knows anything. Finally, the delivery warehouse states they have my couch on 7/26 sitting in the warehouse and it is now 8/16 almost 3 weeks later and it is still sitting there. I have called almost every day and I cannot get an answer or a delivery of my couch. I paid over $2000 dollars for my couch and I can not get the item that was MISSING on my day of delivery SUPPOSE TO be delivered to me DESPITE calling everyday. I don't know what to do anymore. I have half a couch, huge stress, anger and suffering ALONG with $2000 spent for nothing. What do I do??

    Terrible. Keeps changing delivery dates multiple times and 6 months later I still don't have my order, while the website showed that it was in stock. Finally got them to cancel my order and they promised refund which takes 10-14 days. It's been 2 months since and I've been calling weekly to get my refund which keeps getting escalated or someone would call me back (which no one ever does). Pretty sure this company is a scam.

    The company is scamming people. And taking there money and not giving out refunds. All estimated dates of delivery are fake and all good reviews are untrue. This business needs to be shut down they scammed thousands out of millions.

    This company is FRAUD. I purchased my couch for $2300 in May and was told I would have it shortly after I moved into my apartment in July. As dates started to be pushed back, I began reading other reviews and was seeing that it would be over six months (mind you, this is from other users reviews- I never got this news from an employee) for my boyfriend and I to receive our couch. For this reason, I reached out to Valyou to cancel my order. After several emails back and forth, I was finally contacted by a customer service rep who attempted to have me swap out for furniture that is in stock, but I bypassed these offers as I want to go with a more trusted brand at this point. I received an email confirmation that they would begin processing my cancellation, but there was no transfer number associated and that it would be up to 14 business days. They claimed this was because they are using a new system and it's taking awhile. After multiple follow ups, on the 13th day of this agreement, I received a message from an employee letting me know they would not be honoring my refund and I would be given an in store credit- please keep in mind, on their website, it had originally said you could return for a full refund after 30 days of delivery. This is absolutely insane, this company does not have any cash and they are stealing people's money who never receive furniture. Do not order from them unless you want to donate to whatever scam they have going.

    I placed an order for the feathers sectional on the first week of February. They have pushed back delivery date an additional 5 months from the first expected delivery date of the end of March. Their communication has been underwhelming and avoidant, as they were able to offer no information on when I could expect this couch to be delivered. I received an email that the item had shipped last week. It was delivered to the warehouse near my home, but Valyou will not release the item for delivery. It has been sitting there for a week now, and the delivery service says that they cannot deliver the sectional until Valyou sends a release, which puzzlingly they will not do. Apparently this has been an issue for other customers as well. I suspect they have fulfilled orders with defective items, which is why they will not allow for delivery of the purchase. They have offered no resolution at this time. Horribly managed business. Save your time and money.

    I ordered the Feathers Sectional Couch on January 9, 2022 and was told delivery by January 26. Never received the couch, and had to repeatedly inquire with customer service only to be told there would be months and months of delays with no set delivery date or timeframe. On June 16 I requested a refund, and was told it would process in 7-14 business days. Of course, it was not and no one contacted me. After 6 weeks of me repeatedly following up (as their customer service never followed up with me), they finally told me they would not refund my money and would only give store credit - completely useless for a company that can't or won't fulfill orders - but even this has not been processed to date. Reading their return and disputes policies (the wording was woefully unethical at best and threatening at worst) I realize this company has absolutely no inclination to refund money for unfulfilled orders. I have filed a fraud complaint with Amex. Unsurprisingly, the representative not only believed this may qualify as fraud, but this wasn't the first complaint they received about this company. Anything less than a full refund, in form of check or credit card reimbursement or at the least a universally applicable Visa gift card I can use elsewhere, is unacceptable. Store credit, even if actually posted, means nothing if orders aren't fulfilled in a timely manner. Do NOT order from this company, and be sure to read reviews on their Store websites and Google, not just their filtered reviews on their online website. I will be sharing my experience on these other platforms, as well as reporting this to the BBB beyond this review - I recommend others do the same.

    I am beyond frustrated with this company, I ordered the charm 2.0 bed. I received the package and when I finally unpacked it noticed that the headboard was not included. I reached out to customer service immediately to advise and it is now nearing two weeks with no resolution. I have been the one consistently reaching out to the team for updates and keep getting emails on them figuring out basically how this happened or where error occurred and that this is a priority. Clearly it is not a priority for them since this is still in limbo and I keep getting the run around. I reached out again today with the company and was advised that a manager will be contacting me today. We shall see if someone does reach out to me today and if the conversation leads to an actual resolution. Note: This rating is due to the lack of resolution and not the actual product however this experience will deter me from ordering again with them

    I wish I would have listened to all of the horrible reviews and never ordered from this company. When I ordered the couch on May 11th, it was a "pre-order" with a delivery date of June 29. When I ordered the couch I had no problem waiting until the end of June. On the last week of June I contact them about delivery, and all they say is "I will get the couch mid-end of July". I have called every week for the past 6 weeks and everytime I speak to them all they say is "someone will contact you" but no one ever does. The only way to get in contact with them is by you going out of your way. I spoke to a rep who promised a $150 credit, sure enough a week later another rep lets me know they can't process the credit due to a "system error" how convenient? Today I was told my order has arrived at the warehouse and someone will confirm shipping information. No timeline, yet again. Here I am at 12 weeks, no couch and still no sense of when I will be receiving it. This company is the absolute worst and I will never be ordering from here again. I encourage everyone to look elsewhere regardless of how nice the furniture may look. They are shady, the headache is not worth it.
