      On 9/18/24 I ordered a Magniflex King Mattress from Bed Planet Nevada. It was $1918.10 with installation. I was informed delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks. In October I started receiving email responses to delivery inquiries over time in which indicated there were delays in shipping. I received delay after delay to my responses whenever I asked the status of my order. Initially, it appeared that there were delays with production of the mattress cover, then issues with shipping relating to German Customs. And then ultimately, I was told that there were manufacturing process issues with the mattress. They could not tell me when it would be available for delivery. After waiting 4 months with$2000 tied up w/ no end in sight I asked to cancel my order on 11/21/24 BUT I indicated I would reconsider once the the manufacturer had it acts together. I still wanted this specific mattress. I was issued a total refund.
      Within weeks of my order cancellation, their website showed availability of their Mattress but the new price $3499 - almost doubled the price I would have paid. While I patiently waited for my order to be filled for over these months, I now suspect the delivery delays were not caused by manufacturing issues but by the fact there was going to be substantial price increase and when my order was canceled and therefore a significant profit would have been lost by either by the manufacture or Bed Planet. There is no logical reason that a "manufacturing problem" mattress doubled in price in such a short time. This mattress listed for approximately $1800 for at least past year.
      I doubt now there were any production issues that could have been solved in a few short weeks and that could have resulted in the doubling of the price of the mattress.
      I trusted Bed Planet and wasted a considerable amount of time and a significant about of money was tied up that resulted ultimately in no product being received and if I wanted it now it would cost me twice as much.

      Bob's matter with Bed Planet and Magniflex was resolved and Bob is a very happy customer.  He emailed us on 4/30/2025 with this: "I
      sincerely nappreciate your acting as an intermediary with Magniflex, which
      resulted ultimately with the matter being resolved. I wish it could’ve been
      resolved in much less time though. But, we were happy with the result & I
       have removed my review. To be sure, I will be recommending BedPlanet to
      others. in my opinion, you are best business I have found out there and your
      service is excellent.
