I have participated in joybox , specifically solitaire king since July of 2024 . During the play you get floating messages where it says that some games might not be able to be completed which means you have to end the game before all cards are able to be completed. During these games the total points someone can earn are very low and the one that can finish: press done first usually wins the game . As I played I kept noticing that these games have very high point winners, which didnt seem right so I started recording and taking screen shots. If you take a look at my screen shots you will notice that during the games that are not able to be finished they received ****** points. Not even close to being realistic. Bots are playing ! Another issue with joybox and their game is that they offer a jackpot that everytime you make a deposit you get numbers that you can use for this jackpot its almost like bingo. The issue with this is that no one ever wins and you can put thousands and thousands of dollars towards it and you will always somehow be just 1 number off from taking the jackpot. If you get all but 1 number you will get like $200 but if you get all the numbers then its more like $30k you can win or more depending on how many players fall for the scam and deposit their hard earned money . I also have videos of several ones I participated in and you are always off at least that 1 number. I bet you the company has never had a winner in the jackpot. The final issue is that I wanted to get away from this game for so long and have asked repeatedly to be excluded from their games and they never wanted to close my account down instead they offered small in game amounts to lure you to play more . That is illegal ! Now I have not asked for all my money back from July 2024 but just December and January and have reached out several times with evidence and the company is refusing to compensate me for scamming me and refusing to exclude me .Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: my complaint has nothing to do with being skilled or not being skilled . I have played solitaire for a long time so the issue does not stand with the user , the issue stands with the fact that real players are playing with bots . Jackpot is a scam and so our games that are not able to be completed . Joybox solitaire assumes that everyone is just going to take their word for it that they are a legit skilled based gaming app when they are not . I have literally shown you proof that the games are a total scam and have videos to also prove that the jackpot is a scam . I am not letting this go until the company refunds me my $11,370 to my debit card . They offered to give me $500 in gaming money just so they can lure me to play their games again after I have repeatedly asked to be excluded . If a player asks to be excluded from a gambling/gaming app the company has to close their account and ********************** failed to do that multiple times until I finally said enough is enough and closed my account myself . This company scams people every chance they get and until my money is returned for December and January I am not letting this go .

Their Solitaire King product isn't legitimate. I have had some of the top scores throughout the past week, and all the sudden, I won't get any money. This company is stealing people's money. They're not rewarding players properly. Again, I have had flawless games, and then I get nothing in return. There have been other times I've had abysmal performance, and I'll get the top payout. But this business has taken about $15,000 from me over the past week. I want every single ***** of it refunded to close this complaint. In addition, when you withdraw money, they give you a "refund bonus." However, the refund bonus is bogus. In all the refund bonuses I've received, not one has elicited money. I am rejecting this response because: That is the standard robotic response they send to everyone in regards to any issues, and it did not resolve my issue. In addition, I attached a screenshot of where they told me they'd provide a refund and then never did, despite me sending them every screenshot and transaction ID for every single purpose. I also believe their response is not accurate, and they will often take your money, despite you winning the game.

Day before yesterday (03/19/2025) i deposited $8 on an online Bingo Game just to try it out. I didnt like it because I could tell it was some type of scam. That was the only deposit I made. Yesterday morning I woke up to over $2,600 withdrawn from my Cash App account in multiple transactions that had occurred through the night while I was sleeping from Crestline Game, JBS Solitaire, and Bingo Golden. Cash App said I had to wait until the transactions had processed completely, before I could dispute them. I blocked all 3 merchants from my account and deactivated my debit card. This morning I woke up to find my account over $900 in the negative and there were 28 more transactions that were processed simultaneously at 2:42 am this morning, from a merchant called Joybox Studio. I disputed the transactions but Cash App cannot guarantee Ill get my money refunded and if I do it could take between 10 & 45 days. I am getting ready to try and figure out how to contact the merchant. Between these 3 merchants, there has been about $4,500 withdrawn from my account without my consent or initiation. I am devastated. If theres anything BBB can do to help me, PLEASE do. I have 4 children and weve been searching for a home after living with a friend for the last 6 months. The issue is when there is a big pay out the game all of a sudden has withdrawn failure (even when you have withdrawn to the same bank account multiple times in the past). The company is supposed to be skilled based with opportunities to win cash prizes on games. Its supposed to match you with other players similar to your skill level. The company also allows you to reach VIP LEVELS which unlock mini games such as slots. The slots are rigged and constantly disappear when you get close to getting a cash prize. The company then requests for proof. When you send them proof, the company will always state that the photo evidence does not support your claim or that they are sorry that customers are not happy with their experience, and then encourage you to send more photo proof. They will also ask for videos, even though there platform does not support videos. If you ask for email address, they do not have one. The company makes it impossible to cash out even a fraction of what you put in and take advantage of people trying to get their money back and hoping to get even a sliver of what they put into the game back. This is illegal! There is actually more money that I have spent, but the company goes by so many names on bank statements I am still gathering the financial records. It is for sure a total amount of $7,285.00 just for December and January. I havent even been able to cash out over $300.00.Business Response

This online app allows people to ****** online in WA state to my understanding is not allowed. They target addicted gamblers to where you lose everything. They do not set a limit to where you can restrain your addiction! The app glitches and charges you twice for the same bet. I do have evidence on that as well. Why is ***** allowing an app like this to be downloaded in the App Store? When you try and cash out the make you play for the money you won. The funds are never released unless you play $200 worth of games. Then they have you play against other players that no one knows if they are real or not. I was trying to cash out my winnings on the bingo game Bingo Winner and my phone number to the account was no longer working. My cell phone was deactivated due to the cell phone provider being shut down because of fraud so I had to go with a new provider and get a new phone number. I simply needed my phone number changed on my account so that my phone could be verified when I cashed out (that was one of the steps in the cash out process). I contacted customer support and they responded and said they would not change my phone number on my account that I would have to create a new account on a new device. That defeats the purpose because then I would lose the money in my old account and have to start all over. It seems like they just dont want to pay out the winnings. Hopefully the BBB can maybe resolve this issue because I dont know where else to turn unless I seek legal counsel but it is only for $40.00.
