    I bought a copy of Pokemon White 2 from them. Only, when I got it, it was instead a bargain bin game with the Pokemon label on top. Never buy from them.

    Misleading product listing for DualShock 3 controllers. They's selling knock offs and making them seem like genuine articles.
    Seems like a total scam and I wish I had read these reviews first - I would never have purchased from them in the first place. I'm stuck with a counterfeit controller and no recourse as they do not issue refunds and, if you read closely, they state that the controllers are 'styled' after DualShocks, not that they ARE.
    Very sneaky and disappointing.

    Illegal selling of products. Purchased and item. Got scammed out of money. They also make sure you can no longer get a product and a refund after purchase. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. If something is to good to be true, it probably is.

    They are selling illegal counterfeit video games. Customer Service is non-existent and when they finally do answer you are told "Sales are Final and no Returns" which is just plain against the law in the US.
    Stay away from this scam.

    They sent a fake Pokemon DS game and email was undeliverable. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.

    This company is not only a scam but are illegally selling copies of Nintendo products, they are selling what they call "re-issued" copies of their games which is nothing but a downloaded version of the game on a Micro SD card inserted into a Nintendo DS Cartridge , they don't even display the product they are selling in their images, they do not have it labeled as non-authentic copies and they keep the condition as "Like New" vs a Re-issue as they later mention, I contacted them for a refund and offered to send their products back (I do not them) but they denied the request not accepting refunds as they claim, I tried to contact them once more about this as the product is not what they try to make it seem it is, so I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, my dispute went through and now they put out a collections on me due to this, I tried to resolve it but they refused to let it be resolved, I reported them to Nintendo, I reported them to the FBI, I reported them to the FTC, and now I am writing on here to warn others to avoid them at all cost, if you were scammed by them you should also report them to try and save others from their illegal nonsense, they will not issue refunds and even if you dispute it they will send collection agencies after you no matter how hard you tried to resolve it professionally as they themselves are not professional. I don't even want to leave 1 star as that is too good for them, but I have no choice on this matter, do yourselves a favor, avoid them like the plague.

    I called the company, just an answering machine. I looked the company up and Allentown Pa company is shut down. I contacted my credit card company and they are putting the charge on hold until they talk to this company (which will not happen ). SCAMMERS!!!

    Awful customer service! Purchase items that were broken and they send 20 emails asking for photos each time. Theres no solution!!!!

    Awful customer service, phone number
    does not work just an automated message stating phone does not work, website states 2 to 3 business days for reply emails yet they've taken atleast 6 or more business days. They did not send supporting documentation so my parcel got returned to them. Two weeks later they finally reship my parcel, and now I have to pay the brokerage fee for a second time because of their negligence the first time? Makes alot of sense don't do your job and charge customers extra for it..... awful place to do business with! Customer service means nothing to them they just want your money and don't care what happens after.
