      I bought a brand new generator right two years ago kept in garage and ran once a month for about 20 minutes each time. While still under warranty this generator that I only ran for maintenance purposes and never actually used for more than 20 minutes at a time stopped working. Support did not help at all. I would be embarrassed to work for this company. Do not buy anything this company sells.

      I purchased a Rototiller from this company and it failed within 1 1/2 years after purchase. It had a 2 year warranty but contacting them was extremely difficult and finally they made me take it to a filthy repair shop 37 miles away from my home in another town. I told them that I had spinal fusion surgery and could not lift this heavy machine, but it did not matter to them. We had to call neighbor s from the next acre over to come put it in our truck to take it. It has been over 4 weeks now and The machine is still not repaired and does not appear to be fixed any time soon. We are farmers who live in the country and we need this machine to prepare the soil for winter NOW!!! I have tried contacting Champion power equipment and the repair shop DAT Rentals but nothing gets accomplished. I spent over $625.00 and have nothing to show for it. We are at a loss and no resolution is at hand. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

      I PURCHASED A 37 TON LOG SPLITTER FOR CHAMPION POWER EQUIPMENT, IT CAME WITH NOT ENOUGH OIL TO RIN IT ? TW0 BOTTLES OF 2.3 GAL NOT ENOUGH YOU NEED AS YOU INSTUCTIONS SAY 6 GAL OF OIL 5 GAL PLUS 1 GAL AFTER RUNNING.
      I HAVE TRYED TO CANTACT COUSTONER SERVICE NO REPLY AFTER SEVERAL TRYS ONE TIME SOMEONE PICKED UP AND I WAS TOLD THATS THE WAY IT GOES GO BUY SOME ?????
      I HAVE SENT NUMERUS E-MAILS NO RESPONCE ,, I CAN SEE THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE. **** *****  DOES NOT EVEN CARRY YOUR OIL BUT WILL SELL THIS JUNK

      Champion dual fuel. 6900 starting Watts, 5500 running Watts on propane. I've needed this generator two times now and it's failed me both times. First time, I had to take it to an authorized repair shop an hour away to get it running again and they had it for 5 weeks. This time I don't care about the warranty. I'm taking it to have someone get it running again and I'm selling it! I'll never buy champion again.

      i bought this garden tiller:on 4/28/24. i haven't had it 2 weeks and it will not stay running and is leaking gas. i bought a warranty and i can not get any service.

      We are extremely sorry to hear this. Our records show that we referred the customer to an authorized service center on 5/11/2024 to help get this matter resolved under warranty.

      I dont know why I waited so long to buy a log splitter. I purchased the champion 34 ton log splitter. and it splits my super hard dry oak like a hot knife through butter! A+ and thumbs up ?????? Thanks champion for a good product!

      I have an 8.5kw Champion whole house generator that stopped working after a few years. I called all the repair shops recomended in my area by champion, but not one shop wanted to touch this product with many excuses, the company wont recognise the waranty was the first answer i got, then another said he did not install it so no go. I spoke twice with a champion rep and said he could get someone to fix it. Still waiting... I guess my next step is to get rid of it and take my loss and remenber to never buy another champion product. Beware, do not invest in these chinese s*** products.
