      Not sure if this is a legitimate business but the customer service from Instatint was horrible to say the least. Thought the product was great to try out and kept getting messages on my product arriving and still have not received anything other than notes it will come in a couple weeks. Now it has been almost a year since I placed the order with no refund or order received. These guys are not good to work with at all, avoid them completely.

      I cannot leave 0 stars or I would have. Ordered these for a sprinter van just the front side windows. They are difficult to mount and you are basically jamming them down between the window and the doorframe with double sided tape at the top. The small “wing” windows were cut too big. The whole thing is crap and they will not return them for a refund unless they were cut wrong and never used. Pretty fricken hard to know they do not fit without trying them. Junk!

      Placed a order for 2 vehicles took them 17 days to ask about the details of my order took a month for me to receive my order only to get half of my order asked for a refund on what i didnt receive and I've been ignored about it for a few days now it's been a problem the whole
      process tint quality is horrible the customer service is horrible wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy

      No phone number to contact them. Sent several emails with no response or they say order is shipping in a couple days but it doesnt. They only have a 30 day money back from the purchase day but they will not refund you. Please do not order from here. Save your money

      Ordered a tint for the rear window of my Mustang. Was supposed to come with a storage case for protection. Received tint that was cut for what looked like the rear passenger windows of a 4-door sedan. Also two small quarter panel windows. Got no storage case. Wrote to customer service to see about obtaining a refund. Reply was that someone would get in touch with me. That was 3 days ago. I looked at there return/refund policy, and they only give a refund if the tint was not cut right AND if the package hadn't been opened. How can one know if the tint is the correct cut for the vehicle it was ordered for?! I will probably have to seek a refund through my bank. But I hope InstaTint does the right thing. I'd be happy to return the tint, too.

      Placed my order, emailed them less than 48 hours later to cancel and never got a response. No phone number to contact them. Sent several emails with no response. A month later I received the tint. The product is unusable, and misrepresented in the ads. And, it was damaged in shipping. Still haven't heard back from them for my refund.

      They don't ship orders in a timely manner and refuse to cancel your order. Do not order from here. It's been three weeks and I haven't even gotten a shipping notice
