      This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with Canon Customer Service. We have been given the runaround for the last six weeks, in trying to get the locking mechanism for the safe. It seems the whole thing has turned out to be a scam. Very disappointed in the canon safe company. My advice don’t buy a Canon safe.

      Do not buy a Cannon Safe as they advertise a lifetime warranty, yet they DO NOT honor the lifetime warranty and could care less based on our experience.
      We bought a 64 gun Cannon safe model TS-5940 in 2019 which has a lifetime warranty. In Jan 2023 we had it open, but in locked position and could not unlock it. We tried several new batteries, yet the rude Cannon rep said to keep trying for a better dated battery and would do nothing else. We could only find 2027 dates in several different store, but finally found a Mar 2028 and it opened the safe.
      Few months later April 2023 it would not open, and Cannon sent new part but had to use their approved locksmith which cost US $508 to open and replace part. Come to find out it was a known problem that the locks failed and if the first rude Rep had given us the new part when the safe was locked in open position then we could have changed out the part and not have to pay $508.
      Unbelievable but the lock failed again and even a 2029 battery would not open it. All Cannon would do is send another part and we had to use their locksmith again. Because of how the locksmith fixed the first drilled hold and the type of material used, it will be much more difficult to open, and the cost will be much higher than the $508 based on the conversation with the locksmith. He was very nice and gave a few suggestions to try, but it will have to be drilled out again. So, our plan is to cut it open and trash a very expensive safe it could fail again.
      Do not buy Cannon as what good is a lifetime warranty if they do nothing to fix the problems and expect the consumer to pay a locksmith over and over for a known problem they have with the locks, yet they sent us the exact same lock and not even an updated one. 12/2024 they closed the case I kept trying to keep open until they resolved the problem without it costing us over the $508 to open it again by locksmith.

      purchased a stack-on locking cabinet that came with a broken door unable to be fixed. I opened a warranty claim 9 weeks ago with no replacement yet. the item is available in many retailers, so not sure what the issue is.

      I purchased a Cannon TS55940 64 Gun safe with Electronic Lock from Tractor Supply in Walterboro, SC on 27 Nov 2024 for $971.99. Tractor Supply had two in stock that night. One was out the box and had been damaged on the side by a forklift and the other was still in the cardboard box but didn't look like it had any damage to it. I brought it home and when we took the cardboard off the safe it was damaged at the top, look like something may have been dropped on it. When we open the safe all the shelving and pistol holder that goes on the inner door was all in the bottom of the safe and broken in half. I took pictures of all the damages I then called Tractor supply and they told me I had to contact Cannon Safe for any warranty or replacements needed. I called Cannon and filled out a warranty claim with Cannon the next day. Cannon's Customer service contacted me back and I forwarded all the pictures I had to their representative as instructed. He stated he would send me all the damaged items and so far as of 2 Jan 2025 I have only received one touch up bottle of paint that was expired as of 6/2024. I think it's a shame I spent $1000 dollars for this safe and can't even use it because I can't get any help from Cannons Service Dept that really sucks and they are in no hurry to send me what's needed to repair it. They should have replaced the entire safe seeing someone in their or Tractor Supply shipping damaged it. DO NOT purchase any thing from Cannon Safe they don't stand behind their products and their customer service is terrible. Called. Again today was put in the queue to be called when it was my turn and never received a call. The last time I did get in touch with someone sounded like they were home and their kids were running and hollering in the back ground. This is unacceptable!!!

      We purchased a safe with supposedly a lifetime guarantee. The door will not unlock. We've been 'dealing' with Cannon customer no-service for MONTHS. They will not return calls; only communicating by email. We've done everything they requested, and now there is no communication at all. Extremely dissatisfied!

      The safes failed the handle fell off due to a faulty welding been in contact with them i hired a lock smith to get into it they were supposed to send parts to repair the safe but that didn't happen so my safe is still open they have no customer service and they will lie to you buy elsewhere

      I don't have enough good things to say about the folks on the support team. I generally prefer to call but did have some troubles getting through, however the online chat option got me where I needed to be and Toni was my agent. Incredible customer service.. I have 3 of their safes and the one that I was needing parts for was older, they easily could have told me to eat rocks but they all went above and beyond to locate parts for me. Unfortunately, the first order did not work out.. parts were not quite right, got the same agent when I contacted back and he immediately got in touch with the parts team Gerry and Joe and they were able to do some digging and find what I needed. Again, they could have very easily just told me they weren't available rather than go through the hassle.. (this was less than $20 worth of parts mind you so they were by no means getting rich off helping me out) yet, they continued to look into it until they found what was needed . Any place can make a promise to stand behind their products.. these guys actually did it, even long out of warranty - my many thanks again to the team for going above and beyond- you guys were fantastic and I very much appreciate your efforts!

      I am please with the speed and assistance provided by the Chat service. My questions were quickly answered and I was surprised. I was told that a part I didn't expect to be covered under warranty would be. Now I am just awaiting the arrival of the parts to get the safe back to operation as it should .
