      I've been trying to get ahold of both Stack-On and Cannon Security to get assistance with a gun safe combination. Every phone number I call, the answering bot hangs up on me immediately after telling me the number is wrong. These are the phone numbers listed on their websites and the BBB. I have also sent in several call back requests without ever receiving any calls backs. I cannot afford a locksmith to come out and open it, I just need the safe combo.

      Customer service and Lifetime warranty are nice, as long as you do not need them. The digital pad on my Cannon safe stopped working...something I saw is quite common with their product. After going through all the paperwork and paying the fee for their help, they sent me the Master Code to open up the safe.
      The Master Code did not work. I emailed them the same morning when I tried it and told them about it. I called and was put on hold. I opted to receive a call back, even though it was not specified how long it may take and I was supposed to be by the safe during the call. No one called.
      I called and after being on hold for 20 minutes a robot told me to call back later and hung up.
      As of now, I have no choice but to hire a locksmith and cut the safe open. Cannon clearly has some issues with their product, as well as their ability to support customers and address a known issue with their product.

      I purchased a Cannon TS5950 from the "Tractor Supply" store in Hilo, HI a couple months ago. No initial problems but 30 minutes after changing the electronic combination, I heard 4 quick beeps, repeating every 2 seconds. My new combination would no longer work. Replaced the battery. No change. Their instructions don't cover this symptom.
      For 2 weeks, tried to call Cannon but kept getting a "we're closed...." message after waiting on hold for up to 40 minutes. At least the mechanical back-up key still unlocks the door.
      Then discovered that Canon now only communicates via e-mail. Finally, communication. However, they didn't have a solution beyond rebooting the electronics.
      After nearly 2 weeks of back & forth e-mails, I asked them to just send me a keypad, circuit board/wire harness & reset button. I'd figure it out myself. They agreed but would only send the parts to the mainland (lower 48 states). Really?! The safe is sold in Hawaii but they won't send warranty parts here? I gave them my previous Calif. PO Box, expecting to have the parts forwarded. Nope. They will only send parts to a physical address.
      This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

      upon getting this safe home and opening it I have discovered the cloth is peeling off my shelves , and some spots are ripped. so i reached out for warranty claim right away.. here is what is going on since then...

      Here is our offer for a compensation safe, just reply to this email accepting (a simple YES, I ACCEPT will be enough), and confirm the address this safe will be shipped to. Once we receive your agreement, we will place an order for your replacement safe.

      where are my shelves?!!! this is ridiculous, it has been 2 months since i started this conversation.
      I need my shelves you said you would send out!
      my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau ..
      so here I am 9 days after i told them I would come here next. still no reply from them and still no shelves for my safe. you would think after someone spends thousands on a product they would take better care of the customer.
