    I spoke with *** ***** over the phone and ordered an infared sauna on 221/25 . She said it should be shipped out within a week. She had an emailed invoice sent to me. It was for ******* . A week came and went and no word. I then called her back and she said the sauna is on backorder for 2 months. I said why would you go ahead and charge me without even shipping out the item? She said that's what they typically do so they can go ahead and ship it out. I told her I wanted my credit card refunded and she emailed a credit receipt . Supposedly this was on 3/5, but it has never hit my account. I have emaiiled, called, etc, no one ever responds or calls back or returns emails. Big fat scam!!!!!!

    August 25th ***** I paid $3564.00 for a NewBody Solid Serious 7 Home Gym Package with Garage Installation and a commitment that I would receive it within 4 to 8 weeks. 10 weeks have pass with numerous attempts to contact ******* by telephone calls text messages and also emails without any success. Ive been a ********** paying customer whos dealt with GE ********************** honestly by paying them the full amount up front.Their absence of avoiding my communication is very concerning and I need a full refund of what I have paid them. Serving this Nation and affording GE Equipment all the protection from foreign and domestic enemies and for them to treat me a honest paying customer this way is very hurtful. It feels like Im being scam.There were other companies that I should have used. I am hoping that you can help me resolve this conflict because military members dont have that kind of money to lose in a scam. For anyone in that company to not return your communications after taking your hard earn funds is unacceptable. Please help before I lose my mind. Invoice #****. foreign and domestic

    ******, I, have been popping Buspirone and Fluoxetine like crazy trying to calm my mental state. I cant get over these thieves stealing as much money from me that they have. Im doing my best to wait this situation out but to not have anyone from that company contact me about a ******* dealing at least on my behave that we negotiated is truly making me think about things Im trying to avoid. Have you been contacted by ******* or anyone in that company about my $3564 dollars. And if not what other recourse is there for me to fight agains these thieves. Complaint ID #********.

    *Transaction Date: August 26th, 2022 *Estimated Timeline for Delivery: 4-6 weeks *Purchase price of equipment: $6,098 **It has been nearly 4 MONTHS since I paid for this order, and it was supposed to take 4 weeks. I am understanding of delays, but I have not received ONE email or phone call with a status update of my order. I have called the "customer service" number over 20 times over the last several months and every time I reach someone, I am told I will get a call back within 24 hours hours. The 3rd part customer service person has no connections with Gym Experts, it is just an answering service. They cannot provide any details on the order, and it is clear that no one at Gym Experts reads the notated conversations that I have with their answering service. I am VERY UPSET at the fact that I have not received one response to the many emails that I have sent the several emails addresses I have for "help" at Gym Experts, in addition to the phone calls. In August, when I was interested in buying equipment, the sales agent was very helpful and persistent. This is a big disappointment, and it's starting to feel like a scam since NO ONE will call or email me back. I NEED YOU TO STEP IN AND GET GYM EXPERTS TO CONTACT ME AND COMPLETE THIS ORDER ONCE AND FOR ALL. Please let me know if you need all of the email threads that I have sent as well.     I purchased a pre-owned Woodway Curve treadmill (**) for $7191.91, invoice #****, December 13, 2021 from ********** and received it in FEB 2022; however, that treadmill had numerous issues to include some that were safety related, where as my grandson caught himself from falling while running when the ** belt abruptly decelerated from a belt malfunction at 18 mph. ********** replaced the defective ** with the same type of machine in Feb/Mar 2022.. That replaced pre-owned machine was significantly better than the original one, thus I was satisfied with the replacement. In September 2022, while running about 15mph to 17mph on the replaced **, one of *********** ** rubberized belt SLAT broke and again abruptly decelerated the belt and my grandson again caught himself from falling on the **. I notified *****, the sales person from **********, via phone and she told me to email her with photos of the defective ** belt. I emailed her on September 20, 2022, and I have not received a response as of November 14, 2022. My emails and photos of broken slat are in the supporting documents. I have called ***** direct phone line and the companys **************** more than 10 to 15 times. Each time I contacted the 1-(888) representative, I was told that I would be contacted by someone from ********** to resolve my issues in 24 hours. I have not been contacted by them since September 2022. This treadmill with the broken slat is a safety hazard for high speed sprinting training; for that reason, it is not being used. All I want is the treadmill repaired or replaced so we can continue high speed sprint training. The treadmill has a 1 years warranty that started in February 2022.

    I purchased a woodway treadmill online said delivery 12 to 16 weeks paid $9k in full. Never received treadmill they no longer return my calls this is a scam of a business! This was in April of 2022i just want my money back!!!!

    I paid them $6,900.00 for a FreeMotion Treadmill. They promised the delivery within 4-6 weeks. We I would ask for an update they were slow to respond. They finally told me it was shipping out in one week and they would send me the tracking information. I did not receive a follow up email so I contacted them again and they said they would find out and get back to me "right away." I never heard from them again after numerous emails and text messages to the office manager *******************. I then checked their ******** page and saw numerous complaints. I private messaged several people and one person told me he was scammed $10,000. I then check BBB and saw additional complaints. I have reported this to *****************

    I have a deteriorating health condition that is eased/ slowed by daily exercise. My husband and I decided to purchase cardio and weight machines for our basement to allow for the exercise to happen without having to drive - which I often cannot do. We purchased 7 pieces of equipment from Gym Experts in mid-August. We worked with ****, who was very helpful. I had seen the bad reviews, spoke to her about them and she assured me that they were issues exclusively due to Covid related supply chain issues.As soon as we purchased, **** would not return my calls or emails for weeks, until I suggested going to the BBB. I then heard from her, and she set up delivery of 3 of the 7 machines ordered. They were the new ********** machines. She said all of the pre-owned machines that I ordered came from a different location and would take longer. Whenever we call for estimated time of delivery, no one ever gets back to us - wether we call or email. We have tried customer service - ****, General Manager - ***** - it seems impossible to get to anyone. I wanted to stay on top of this, as others have had this issue for 6 months - a year or more.

    On 6/17/2021 I placed a web order for a Stairmaster SMs for $4298. The expected ship time was 4-6 weeks. After this time I began contacting the seller for an expected ship date. Eventually I was able to get in contact with ****, the sales manager. Over the next ************************************************************************** a refund. These included supply chain, low staffing from pandemic, low stock etc... At the time these were understandable things. After about a year she suggested I seek a refund from my bank. This was not possible because it was beyond their 180 day window. To this day I can bring the order up on their website and display the unfulfilled status. Gym-experts is unwilling to ship the part or issue a refund. I have never been able to get someone not in sales to return my call. I need a refund after 16 months for $4298.

    I placed an order with Gym Experts on 9/5 for a new treadmill. That order was then cancelled because it was over a certain threshold where I had to sign a contract. I signed it on 9/7 and the tread was supposed to be here within 3-6 weeks. I'm now going into week 8 and the representative, ****, won't return my calls. I've called the ** twice this week and both times (Im pretty sure I spoke with the same person which was weird) said they'd have someone call me. I'm almost to the point of cancelling my order due to lack of response from this company

    I have tried contacting gym experts multiple time through *********************************** and ***********************************, through their *************, through ************ and also to Ally ****** direct gym experts email. The call service says a rep will call back within 24 hours and I have not received any response for over a month. They charged my CC on Aug 12 2022 for $3,998 and I have not received any updated information regarding the status of my order. I am requesting a full refund. This is unacceptable customer service.
