    Ordered a Nu Step on June 29, paid in full as per attached invoice, the order was cancelled on September 19, delivery was scheduled for September 29, a cancellation e mail was sent, and a cancellation conformation from the Gym experts said refund will be in 3-5 business days, they demanded 25% cancellation fee, which included delivery and tax fees , I sent them the correct amounts for the fees for the equipment only, several e mails with correct credit card information and requests for payments have been ignored. A certified demand letter was sent. So far no replies or acknowledgment.

    I purchased a BodySolid 255lb weight set Order#****-S in the amount of $629 on July 20th. At the time of ordering, their order confirmation email stated 3-6 weeks for delivery. At the 8 week point, I have called and left messages with no return call, chatted with a bot, emailed multiple times and have received zero contact back from this company. I am owed with my product or my money back in Full!!!!

    I bought a pain for a Matrix c7x step mill from Gym experts on 2/24/22 for $5,598.00. I was initially told 4 weeks for delivery. After 7 months and many phone calls (more than 20), I still have not gotten the step mill. The company will not answer my calls or emails. I have formally requested a refund approximately and have gotten no response. I would just like a refund of my money. Thank you.

    We contacted Gym Experts on Tuesday May 24, 2022 for a quote on a Woodway 4Front Treadmill with PT Display. Invoice # **** was prepared on Tuesday June 3, 2022 and sent over as a DocuSign. Orthopedic One completed these signatures on June 9, 2022 as well as provided a Credit card number for the purchase. The building the unit was going to be delivered to was under construction and communication with ******************* in July emails confirmed the unit was paid and being held and we were to advise 1-2 weeks in advance to when delivery could occur.On August 23, 2022 an email was sent to Ally alerting her that we could accept delivery at the address on September 26th or 27th. No response was received so email was resent on Friday August 26, 2022. **** responded that she was out sick for the past few weeks but made a note with the warehouse and would make arrangements for those dates. Email was sent September 14th asking if delivery was still going to take place on September 26th or 27th. We spoke with **** on the phone Thursday September 15th and she said they are not able to confirm when delivery would happen, the only control shipping but she would work with the freight company to see who could hit the deadline. No follow up was received and on Tuesday September 20th another email was sent to Ally asking for follow up. On Friday September 23, 2022 after calls into the main Gym Experts number and Allys extension went without return calls, we were able to reach Ally on her cell phone. She stated she was working on the information and would call us back. Since that phone call we have had zero communication with the company. We have left multiple messages on Allys cell phone, office extension and with the Operator at the main number, as well as sent emails to Ally and the Support Team to confirm when shipping and delivery would occur The goal of us reaching out the BBB is to resolve this issue by either the delivery of the unit, or refund of the attached invoice

    I ordered a leg press machine on 6/9/2022 for the amount of $4394. I was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. For the past 6 weeks I've called and emailed, I've been given the run around by Ally several times saying my parts are on back order, or it was being palatized and she would email as soon as it was shipped. Several times she was out of the office sick and would call back but never did. She stopped taking my calls, so I called the "customer service" and said I was a buyer and she called back immediately. My wife and I also called from our work phones to get her to answer, and she did. I spoke to their "customer service" multiple times, that's when I found out it was an "answering service" and not "customer service" requesting a refund, they said they would take my information and have someone call or email me in 24 hours which is what they said every time and it NEVER happened. I got a hold of **** from another phone, she said to request a refund on their website. I did that and still no response. What was really upsetting is she tried to sell me a NEW leg press. I just want a refund from my original order. I hope you can help. Thank you

    ********************************* is my sister-in-law and asked me to help resolve this. She ordered and paid for a treadmill and 8 months have passed with no response from the company. They haven't returned phone calls and haven't returned emails. Extremely frustrating! At this point ****** just wants her money back via refund.
